Basic Personality:
There are the good sides to Teresa and than there are the bad sides, the good side is that she does her job well and she's assertive and very obediant she sticks to the rules and she gets her job done she's a kidn friend and a valuable ally to have. She will do anything and everything to protect the ones she loves and she will risk her life to speak for the victim and do the good.
The bad side of her is that she's a workaholic tempermental person. She dosnt get like that easy but if need be she will stay up weeks and months to do what she's gatta do and at that poitn there isn't anything anyone can do about it. She will become very moody at this point and than if you piss her off enough she will just go off on herself there is nothing to help ehr with that either maybe if you try and physicially restrain ehr it'll work but just be careful when she's like this.

Blue eyes and white skin with brown/bred hair, Teresa looks like a normal average adult. She's tall and she's around 120lbs with her ears periced. She has no tattoos or anything but she has a gunshot wound to her shoulders and near her neck. She has a lot of other wounds too not on her shoulders but her arm and all she used to cut and al and she still bashes her head in sometimes when she's frustraited enough so she has them.
Her clothsing style, its court approrpaite and she's never done anything else even when she's at home she looks like she's gonna be asked to testify in court or prosecute or whatever any second she sleeps like that or at least everyone swears she does if she sleeps at all that is. She has some highlights she likes to clip on but that's pretty much it she looks normal well as normal as she can get.

She's not at her full size since she got turned not too long ago and all and you can tell its her because she kinda wears a collar if you will that acts as a keychain when she's in her human form so yeah.

History:
Born from LA, Teresa didn't remember her parents. She was too young when they died and she grew up with her grandparents or rather grandmother her grandfather had also passed away. Or so this was what she was told. After her grandmother died, she was taken to an orphange and met a younger girl well...turns out that younger girl was her younger sister she had neglected to know and not only that it turned out that her parents weren't exackly dead but dying on death row for some massacre they commited in a small town.
Growing up from the orphange for the next couple years Teresa had gotten closer to her sister more than ever until she got adopted and her sister remained in the orpahgne of course this started her whol.e problem. Her adopted parents were very nice and kind giving her a place to sleep and eat and treating her with love. She eventually started getting into the law and hoped that she wouldn't have to go down the path that her sister and parents had taken.
Yerars passed and Teresa was fine but she somehwo had a nagging feeling that all was not well with her sister, one night after she went to law school in LA she met her sister again it wasn't a pleasent encounter though ehr sister kept on threatenign her that she'd pay for her criems of course she wouldn't knwo what this meant till later much later.
Sucessfully competeing law school she went onto serve the LAPD and the LA Courthouse. She first worked as a defence attorney and than later became an ADA and during these times she had learned to rely on a particuler judge. When she turned about thiry four and a half she heard that her sister had escaped from prision. Wekll not too long after that she met her sister but this time she was different this time she were a werewolf, they got into a scuffle and exchanged some hostile words but of coruse Teresa didn't see what was comign as her sister turned her in contempt. Teresa was told by her sister that she'd come back for Judge Donnelly next if Teresa went to anyone so she kept it quite and let the law deal with it sending her sister back to prision.
After that she decided that she couldn't lve in LA anymore that she was too dangerous since she coudln't control herself properly well somewhat but not all the way she has since moved to England and had taken up a job here but of course she woudl always miss Judge Donneelly and she's trying hard to find her place again.

Tessa walked out the courthouse. This was not something she was used to. She had to relearn msot of the stuff she learned from the states becasue well...the laws weren't really the same anymore but she didn't mind. She loved her job, speaking the for the victim, having the burden of proof and it didn't matter where she worked so long as she did something.
But something of course was missing in her life. Walking through the streets she thought about her lsot mentor, ahd she died...she hadn't checked the last time she had seen ehr was at a heated trial that she almost got taken off of. She shook her head. She missed her dearly and she kenw she would cotneanue to feel that way. There had been so much things that had changed since that tirla it wasn't even funny.
Closing her eyes Teresa conteanued to walk down the streets. First there was the fact that she had decided to move at the spur of the moment to a country across the ocean. There was also the fact that she didn't have ehr mentor to guide ehr anymore. As much as strict as her mentor was she would love her forever and protect her with her life and hopeuflly find her before she died or somethign else happened and lastly, she was no longer quite human although that hadn't been her choice. She was so in her own thoughts she didn't realize where she was going until she heard the honking of a car horn and looked up just in time to avoid a car that was speeding past her. "what the..."
