Apparently, Lexi didn’t want beer nor milk, which completely made sense. Neither of them sounded terribly appetizing, especially not the milk. He just needed something to help with his incredibly dry mouth and he imagined that since the girl had drunk much more than he had, she would be even more eager for a little water. He stood off to the side as she turned on the water and grabbed up two glasses. "Here, sorry it’s not bottled."
Morrison took the glass with a smile. “Thanks, it’s fine.” Honestly, he could have cared less if it was bottled water, he never tasted a difference between it and anything that came out of a tap. Perhaps she thought he was just a snob, he wouldn’t have blamed her, with the car he was somewhat forced to drive around. But then again, with everything that he’d done around her, it was less likely she thought of him that way. He was certainly and clearly willing to get his hands dirty.
At his question, Lexi’s mood changed and she didn’t turn to answer him right away, instead she moved over to the bottles gathered on the counter and began to toss them out. He simply stared down at his glass, waiting for when she would be ready to answer him. It seemed that she wasn’t as alright as he hoped she would be, and that would be perfectly acceptable. He wouldn’t be fine if he’d had someone pressing a knife to his throat and the threat of having something horrible done to him hanging over his head.
Morrison tilted his head up to watch the human walk out of the kitchen and into the living room where she curled up on the sofa. Taking a sip of his water, he moved after her and stood a few feet off to the side of the couch, not sure that she wanted him close to her at the moment. "I'm alright," It was a pleasant surprise to hear that and he was sure that she was mostly telling the truth. He could tell that something was bothering her, but he guessed that it was him. "Men are pigs...not much anyone can do about that."
The wolf’s face lit up with a slight smile that quickly faded as he took a long drink of water. She very right in saying that, it was true, he could be accused of being a ‘pig’ once and a while, though he supposed that in his case, ‘dog’ was more suitable.
"I was just... caught out. Was bound to happen sooner or later I guess.”
Well, he supposed she was right, but it was only because of the way she dressed. It probably wouldn’t have happened if she hadn’t been... showing everything off or if she hadn’t been so drunk. Still, he felt sorry for her, that she’d had to go through that. She was handling it well though, so he may not need to be here all night comforting her.
It was quiet now and Morrison took a drink from his glass, giving himself a bit of time to think of something to say. Dropping the glass back down from his lips, he decided that he should just sit down; this was a little silly, with him standing while Mercy sat on the couch, not looking at him. Yet when he took a step toward the sofa, the girl got to her feet and he stopped, wondering what she was doing. Her face was confused as he stared at her, but it was only a second later when she was moving closer to him. He didn’t move, waiting and holding his glass somewhat limply at his hips.
The kiss that was then planted on his lips was not completely unexpected, though it surprised him enough to not move after she had quickly pulled away from him to sit back on the couch. "Thank you...for getting him off me... A soft grin played on his lips and he moved over to sit beside the girl, placing his glass on the coffee table before falling back into the cushions. Morrison turned to face Lexi then reached over and placed a hand on her far cheek, pulling her around to look at him. Not giving her any time to move away from him, he leaned in to kiss her properly, firm and tender.
After a second, he slowly dropped his hand from her face and pulled away from the kiss. “You’re welcome,” he said softly, smiling. Now he wasn’t so sure if he’d actually go home tonight, he might just get to stay here, and that would be fine.

If anything Lexi had expected him to laugh at her hysterically for being such an idiot...she did not expect him to sit next to her and pull her in for a much firmer kiss than she had given him!
“You’re welcome,”
He was looking at her a lot softer than normal and a part of her enjoyed the attention and another, more dominant part of her was telling her not to enjoy it, that she didn't deserve to have anyone look at her like that...The smaller side of her seemed to win the battle for now and her face turned beetroot as she turned her head slightly so that her hair fell over her face, covering a good part of it up as if trying to hide away from him. Why did he make her blush like this? She hated it!
As she tried to think of something -anything- to say the telephone in her 'bedroom' rang, cutting through the awkward silence that seemed to now cling in the air and she jumped ever so slightly before getting to her feet in a hurry.
"I'll just...get that...." She practically fled from the man as she moved to where the phone sat on her bedside table and answering it quickly before the other person could ring off.
"Hello?" She fought to hide the embarrassment out of her voice, feeling very much like a little child who had been caught with their hand in the biscuit tin. Bert's voice came over the line and her face went pink once again as she tried to keep herself sounding casual- he bloody hated Morrison and if she gave any hint at all that he was here Bert would try and come charging over trying to protect her. Which was sweet...but not what she needed right now. "No, everything is fine..." She paused and she turned her back on Morrison as if it would help her pretend he wasn't there. "No..I didn't have too much, I got back a little while ago..." A blatant lie on the first bit. "No! no you don't need to come over, I'm fine just tired. Yeah I'll see you tomorrow." She hung up, her face still red. That had been close...the man had wanted to come over to make sure she really was alright before changing his mind. She sounded sober enough for him not to suspect anything so she should be fine until at least the morning.
She turned back to Morrison, forcing the blush off her face before looking down at herself. She needed to change...the blouse had only helped a little but she was starting to feel very self conscious around him but that was probably because she felt rather insecure when he was in the same room as her. It was one thing for him to kiss her but another thing entirely to think her pretty...and by god she did not feel pretty at all! She felt like some sort of ugly duckling that didn't even deserve a little piece of happiness...in fact if he wanted to kill her right now it would be no more than she deserved.
"I'm gonna get changed," She was impressed that her voice had come out a lot stronger than she felt. She nodded towards the TV, "You can put a movie on if you'd like...or something?" She didn't know what he liked but she had a large collection of (unwatched) DVDs so she guessed he would find something to do. Moving to the side she unhooked the one sheer curtain and although it wouldn't really do much it would at least hide her modesty (you know...it was one of those ones where you can see her body shape and give you plenty to imagine but not enough to show her completely naked) it would do long enough to quickly change.
Grabbing a pair of cropped joggers and a tank top she quickly stripped, her face blazing as she did so- this was a lot different to simply walking about in her undies like she had at the vicarage! Especially since she was currently taking the underwear she had been wearing off and replacing it with a pair of slightly more modest ones before pulling her clothes on and pulling her hair back into a low ponytail. She didn't dare look behind her in case she caught a sight of him watching her (which he just might being a man!).
Once she had dressed she considered hooking the curtain back before deciding against it and moved to the other side so she could unhook that before moving onto the main side of the room, settling the curtains to they settled just right without looking too much of a mess and then made her way back to the sofa.
Where she promptly stopped and hovered slightly by the arm rest, rubbing at her very exposed arms. Did she sit next to him or did she go to the other chair? She had no idea what she was supposed to do in this situation! She had never been on a date in her life and here she was with a man in her home! What did one do in this kind of thing?

Was it terrible that Morrison found Lexi’s reaction to him all but hysterical? Adorable too, the way her cheeks flushed dark red and she turned her head so that he hair fell over her face, covering up her blush and her expression. The wolf grinned down at her, glad to see that she was flustered, but not angry with him. For whatever reason, he was feeling very sweet today, very soft. Anyone that knew him would have thought that something was wrong with him, but he was enjoying this. Anger was useful enough when he needed in and it could certainly be fun, yet it wasn’t something he wanted to feel all the time. And it had just been such a long, long time since he’d had the chance to flirt with a girl like this, that would be as innocently as this all was.
Deciding that he’d rather have the girl looking up at him instead of hiding like she was, he reached over and was about to pull her hair out of her face when the phone rang. He yanked his hand back as she jumped and let out a sigh as she scrambled to her feet, eager to leave her seat beside him. "I'll just...get that..." The wolf waved his hand limply as if to give her permission to leave, but she was already at the phone.
Listening to Mercy talking on the phone, Morrison leaned back into the sofa cushions and tilted his head back, vaguely wondering who she was talking to. Whoever it was on the other line, they were making her nervous, he could hear it in her voice just a little bit, even if the other person couldn’t. He hoped they couldn’t because it was obvious that she didn’t want them over. "No! no you don't need to come over, I'm fine just tired. Yeah I'll see you tomorrow." Come to think of it, he didn’t want them over either; he was having fun with this and he still needed to get Lexine more comfortable with him.
After the phone was hung up, the man sat up straighter on the couch so that he could look into the ‘bedroom’ where Lexi stood. He gazed over at her, smiling widely, his eyes asking her to come back over here. Now that she had gotten over hating him (or so it seemed) she was the most bashful girl he’d ever met but she wouldn’t let herself like the attention that he was giving her. He knew he’d have to change that tonight. She deserved to be treated better than she usually was and he was going to make her see that.
"I'm gonna get changed,"
Morrison was actually a bit relieved by this. Even though he thoroughly enjoyed her in that outfit, it wasn’t setting the right... mood. Then she suggested that he could watch a dvd and he glanced over the tv and the collection of disks beside it. He wasn’t in the mood for watching anything and he didn’t know what Lexi would do in that situation since she was far too awkward around him to just sit down next to him and enjoy a film. No, he’d just wait on the couch while she got dressed and entertain himself with whatever.
The wolf reached into his pocket to pull out his phone and turn it on to see if anyone had tried to contact him, but he was distracted when he realized that Mercy was changing on the other side of the curtain. With his imagination, he could practically see everything through that sheer fabric. As she took off her top, Morrison looked down at the screen of his phone, sighing deeply, thinking that she was not making this any easier for him to ignore her. As it turned out, nobody needed him, not urgently anyway; there were no voicemails or text messages. Hopefully, he wasn’t going to be missed for the night because his phone wasn’t coming back on until tomorrow morning.
When he looked back up to Mercy, she was clothed again and she was pulling her hair back into a ponytail. That was good, she wouldn’t be able to hide her face so easily now, there was no getting away from him seeing her blushing. There was no way getting away from him in any sense because he wasn’t leaving, not yet anyway.
Relaxing back into the couch, Morrison watched Lexi make her way back over to him, rubbing her arms as she did, clearly uncomfortable that her scars would now be so out in the open. He didn’t mind the scars, honestly, they weren’t disfiguring to him, they were there just as a reminder and she had to be stronger, or tougher, because of them. And whatever pain was behind those marks (a story which he was determined to hear in full some day), it hadn’t ruined her completely. She was still so much like a little girl, even if she tried to kid herself that she wasn’t.
Morrison was still staring at the girl as she stopped beside the side of the sofa, a slight smile greeting her almost grimace. Without a word, he shuffled a few feet over on the cushions so that he sat right next to girl. He then reached up with both hands and half coaxed, half dragged her over the armrest so that she would settle in his lap. One of his hands took a loose hold of her farthest wrist so that he could keep her there while the other arm curled around her back, providing her something to lean on.
“You need to relax a little,” the wolf told her softly. He slowly pulled her hand up to his lips and kissed her fingers gently before releasing his grip. “And stop trying to hide that face,” he grinned and rested a hand on her knee, “you look beautiful with rosy cheek.” He wasn’t just saying that either. If he was any sort of artist, and he didn’t believe that he was, then he would have noticed that the red in her face clashed with her bright pink hair, but to him, the colors made her look young and lovely. And focusing on that was far better than thinking of how warm she was making his lap.

Lex had been perfectly happy to stay right where she was on the other, much safer side of the sofa but Morrison seemed to disagree and it was with a somewhat shocked look she found herself being pulled over the arm of the sofa and placed firmly into his lap, her cheeks burning as he did so. As he wrapped his arm around her to stop her moving she couldn't help but look anywhere but him and for just a fleeting moment she half wished her Sai were not currently under the large pillows on her bed where she tended to stash them when they weren't in use (which was pretty much whenever she was sleeping).
“You need to relax a little,”
Easier said than done. It was easy for him to say to relax but she could bet that he had more experience with this in his pinky finger than she had in her entire life! How could she react when what seemed to be raging hormones wanted to dictate her every bloody move? Relax? Not on your bloody life!
As he lifted her hand towards his mouth the slightly hysterical side of her that still hated wolves with every fibre of her being was telling her that he was going to bite her or do something equally bad but instead lips pressed against her knuckles and she turned her head to look at him, eyes wide as if not believing he had done such a thing. She was far too used to being at odds with the man....not in this kind of position where she was at a complete disadvantage. She really didn't know if she liked it or hated it.
“And stop trying to hide that face,”
She turned away from him once more, her eyes moving to stare at the opposite wall that seemed very blank all of a sudden. After this she was going to have to get some prints or something....not that the blank walls had ever really bothered her before thanks to never actually being in the apartment long enough and despite having various photographs stashed away she just couldn't bring herself to put any out- the only one she actually had was on her bedside table that had been taken such a long time ago she wasn't sure it was even a real one...it was one of the few she had kept that still had her brother in it. It had been taken when he had been sober and kind and loving just like a brother should be...it had also been taken a week before the incident.
She needed to stop thinking about it...now. She couldn't bare to bring those memories up now of all times, not after telling herself to just try and forget it all.
Instead she focused on what the hell she was going to do now she was stuck on his lap and she tried desperately to think of something to do or say but her mind was a blank. A social outcast she had no idea how to act around someone like him (and the age thing didn't help...not that she knew exactly how old he was but still!). The only interaction with men she'd ever had was with her brother, her father and Bert...and they were the main ones! The rest were perverts and dealers and fighters so she didn't exactly have many role models to base herself around for this sort of thing.
Think girl. She needed to do something! She had been silent for some time and her eyes had never left the blank wall opposite. Just to do something she wriggled in his lap a little, trying to get comfortable, her face still red as she did so. She knew enough about biology and all that to know that it was perhaps not the best idea in the world but the man did have her trapped on his lap! What did he expect her to do?
She finally decided to focus on the words he had spoken about hiding her face and wiggling once again finally settled herself into a somewhat more comfortable position. "At least its pretty," She was rather proud that her voice didn't crack from sheer humiliation. And what she said was true...her face had never been marked in any of the abuse she had suffered at his hands, nor had anyone gotten close enough in the cages. It was a pity she couldn't say the same about the rest of her body. Apart from the belly button piercing and the tattoo she couldn't say there was anything about her that was particularly pretty on her body.

While Morrison was doing a very good job at being sweet and gentle, Lexi was actually starting to make it very hard for him to stay that way. Perhaps he should have thought through pulling her onto his lap because her weight and her body heat were just… distracting. It had been a good idea in his head, since in this position, she couldn’t easily get away unless she wanted to struggle, but now he sort of wished that he’d made her sit next to him, he could have held her around the waist or something. The only advantage of this was that it was much harder for her to get him out of her vision and so she couldn’t keep her emotions at all secret that way.
Mercy was very quiet now, just staring at the wall across from her, trying to think of what to do. He could just imagine the cogs winding in her brain, unsure as to what the hell was really going on. She was new to all this. She may be used to men ogling and groping at her, but when it came to someone who had a legitimate interest in pleasing not only himself but her as well, she was lost. It wasn’t as if she could meet this all with violence, lashing out at him, because that would just be cruel, and as much as she disliked it, the fact was that she was smitten with a wolf. Oh the irony…
Shutting his eyes for a second, Morrison tried his best to ignore her wiggling around on his lap, that her bum… No, no, he was not going to think about that, it was not helping, and this would all get so much more awkward if he let his mind go down that path. Mostly because he wasn’t ready to lead her down a path that would help with the situation.
"At least its pretty,"
Okay, there was something good to focus on! Morrison tried to keep Lexine’s continued wiggling from bothering him and stared at her eyes, though she wouldn’t quite look at him. He was very glad that she agreed with him since he’d gotten the impression earlier that she thought herself to be plain or even ugly and that she only dressed the way she did to get attention. But admitting that she had a pretty face was a start. Eventually, he’d get her thinking that those scars were pretty, perhaps not the ones on her arms, but those on the rest of her body at least. She would simply be confident with the other marks.
“That’s not the only thing that’s pretty you know,” the man told her, shifting his arm around her to pull her a bit closer. The hand on her knee lifted up and he slowly pressed it to her cheek, turning her to look him straight on, thinking that her skin felt hot against his fingers. “You’ve got slender arms,” The hand not holding her cheek moved onto her forearm, fingers trailing gently over her skin. “Beautiful legs,” His eyes shifted down to glance appreciatively at her legs but his gaze got stuck on the way back up. “And…” He swallowed and flicked his eyes back up to her face. “Honestly, a very distracting body.”
Morrison let out a deep sigh and to keep his mind off of said body, he leaned in just a bit to kiss her softly on the lips, letting it linger for a few seconds before drawing back. His hand stayed against her face, keeping her from looking away, but his other hand had drifted onto her hip, holding it loosely. “You’re sweet too,” he smiled, eyes slowly scanning her face, wondering if any of what he was saying was doing her any good. He hoped it was, he hoped that she was feeling better about herself and that she didn’t hate him that much now. He was trying his hardest to be kind and gentle and to keep her mind off of any thoughts about how shitty her life had been or was now. Maybe she could imagine that it would get better.

Lexi didn't take compliments very well. Even the nice ones. She simply didn't believe she deserved any such things and to hear someone like him giving them to her freely was more than enough to set her nerves on edge. So as his hand moved from its previous position to her face and the to dance lightly over her skin on her arm she couldn't help but shiver at his words...although she knew that the shiver was both a pleasant one and a negative one. To think of anyone calling her body pretty after it had been through so much was just unthinkable and yet the way he touched her set her skin on fire simply because he was touching her. She was confusing herself let alone anyone else! Stupid hormones!
She watched as his eyes moved to her legs and she blushed pink once again as they did so. How could he enjoy the view? If the roles were reversed she would have been repulsed at the site of her...after all, there were much more beautiful women in the world than her. However, she couldn't help but give the smallest of smirks as his gaze seemed to lock in place on the way back up to her face and she was almost tempted to tell him that her face was a little higher up than that...until he swallowed and finally looked into her eyes again.
“Honestly, a very distracting body.”
For some reason the thought that he had been caught in such a way made her stomach leap with excitement. It was almost as if she had just a little power of the wolf, compared to the power he held over her and she couldn't help but mentally tell herself she really quite enjoyed it. Not that she would ever admit it of course...
As he kissed her once again she forced her stomach to stop flipping about like a fish and instead focused on trying to stop the blush that simply wouldn't leave her cheeks alone. The smirk had melted away into a slightly soft smile as he pulled back and she couldn't help but wonder what she had been missing out on all these years by staying celibate- if she had known it felt this good she would have done something with someone sooner! However her smile turned into a bittersweet one at his next comment.
“You’re sweet too,”
Sweet was not a word she would have used to describe herself. Annoying. Bitchy. Broken. But never sweet. "I don't think I agree with that," Her eyes moved to look away from him once again although she couldn't turn her head thanks to his hand keeping it in the one place.
Anything else she might have said about it was lost as she felt his hand rest on her hip and a slight shudder ran through her at the rather intimate touch. Her eyes moved to look down at the hand and she bit her lip slightly before looking back at Morrison's face. Despite the fact that his hand was actually on top of her top she felt her skin tingle beneath the fabric, finding a previously unknown slightly sensitive spot she never knew she had just beneath his finger tips. She needed something -anything- to distract her from his touch and words so she made her mind up to at least try and tease him (or attempt to anyway).
Sighing she seemed almost to give up with herself. There was just no fighting her attraction for the wolf, despite everything telling her that it would never work in a million years! He was not good for her health and then there was the age thing...not to mention her own prejudices against species other than her own. He could tear her apart right now and she couldn't help but think it would be a good way to go simply due to the fact he was the first being to ever hold her in such a way. Damn him and his wolf-ishy-ness.
Her hands moved without her really thinking about it and it was only when the fingers of the one hand had tangled themselves into his hair that she seemed to snap back to reality. Not that it stopped her now that she had made up her mind...she had always been very, very stubborn. Her other hand moved to his neck where she could feel the beat of his pulse beneath her fingertips and she was glad for it- it showed he was living at any rate! For a moment she just sat there in his lap feeling his pulse before moving her body so that she was now straddling him, her knees planted firmly either side of him sinking into the sofa and pressed herself just a little closer so her hips grinded into his just a little (just to make sure he was still with her of course). It was as she was doing this that her free hand moved from his neck to lightly trail over his well built chest.
What the hell was she doing? She had no idea how to flirt with a man let alone attempt what she was doing now! Deciding she had officially gone insane she kept on the path she had chosen for herself. If nothing else she would die (hopefully) not a virgin. Not that she had any idea she was slowly dieing anyway but still... Or any idea that anything would happen- she was still in two minds about the whole matter. but again, she was very stubborn when she wanted to be.
"I wouldn't call you pretty," She commented, her fingers lazily dancing over the man's chest before leaning forward to press her lips against his once more, deciding that she rather liked kisses and was fast becoming addicted to them...not that she needed anything else to get addicted to. Bert was going to kill her when he found out. After he killed Morrison anyway.

What was this? Was Lexi actually smiling? So she was enjoying the attention, quite a bit as well; Morrison could tell by the rouge that was now stained across her cheeks. And he hadn’t been trying that hard so far, not really, so it was nice to know that she was so unused to this attention that the smallest thing would send her blood racing. He had to admit that it didn’t take much for him to get worked up either, but he was good at controlling himself.
His comment about her being sweet didn’t strike her in the same way as those about her body, but at least that smile wasn’t leaving her face, even if it turned a bit cynical. "I don't think I agree with that," The wolf grinned at her, his fingers pressing into her hip. “You’re plenty sweet when you’re not being a bitch.” He waited for her to take what he’d said the wrong way, but she apparently wasn’t listening anymore. Her eyes had drifted down to his hand and as she looked back up at him, her lip slipped between her teeth.
Shutting his mouth, the wolf simply stared up at Mercy, waiting for her to do something. Again, her mind seemed to be working, just wondering what was going on, but he was sure she would figure it out soon enough, it wasn’t as if this were something she wasn’t meant to do. Her body was at least telling her that she sure was enjoying this; he could feel that her skin was hot even through the shirt she wore.
At the sigh that left Lexi’s lips, Morrison’s hand crept farther around her hip, almost coming to rest on the side of her stomach. His throat had tightened up at that sound, finding that it reminded him a bit too much of other things, yet he was doing very well in keeping calm. He only smiled widely as the girl’s hand lifted up to wrap itself up in his hair and his own hand slowly drifted off of her cheek to curl around the other side of her hip, holding her steady. She managed to ruin the mood a bit when her other hand moved onto the back of his neck, making him tense up for a moment since he absolutely hated people touching his neck. However, he could ignore the girl’s touch well enough because he was rather sure that she wasn’t about to choke him or anything and it did help him keep his head off of... her.
This didn’t last long at all. Lexine now shifted her position and Morrison tilted his head back, closing his eyes as her crotch pressed firmly against him, bothering him very much. He knew that she was trying to tease him and she was doing a very good job at it, but he was in no way going to let her leave it at that; she was going to finish what she started. And then she took away the only distraction he’d had, dropping the hand on his neck to his chest. He was now decided that instead of being flustered by the girl’s actions, he would take control, he was supposed to be the experienced, dominant one here and he was letting himself get all worked up.
"I wouldn't call you pretty," The wolf grinned, almost laughing, at this, and let a soft growling sigh escape him that he’d been holding in his throat for the past few minutes. ‘Nor would I,” he mumbled, leaning up slowly as he felt the woman do the same. “nor would I...” Trailing off, he let her press her lips to his, kissing her back deeper than she was doing. His hands, always seeming to have their own mind in this sort of situation, had slid down and were now settling themselves in the middle of her thighs.
For a moment, he was reminded of the one night he’d had with that girl, Anna, how she’d been just as naïve and unsure of herself, but then it came to him that this was completely different. He imagined that one of the main reasons Anna had done anything for him was because he’d seemed so vulnerable, having learned about his friend’s death only a few days before. Lexi, on the other hand, was doing this because she wanted to, despite her mind telling her that this was a terrible idea, and she was much more assertive. If he had to pick who he preferred between the two, it would be Mercy, though that was partly due to the fact that he wasn’t kissing her just because he’d been bawling his eyes out.
After holding the woman’s kiss for a good while, Morrison pulled away from her, smiling widely at her, but not grinning, afraid that if he did, his canines would show more than usual. He was feeling very wolf-ish at the moment and if he let that on at all, he was worried that he’d frighten her. At least he could tell that nothing else about him was different from normal, he would have felt the pain of a change otherwise. He was also now aware that his jeans were beginning to feel far too warm and a little... restricting. For only a little while he’d let his mind drift and this was the result. Whoops. He’d been trying to avoid it, but now he wasn’t exactly able to stop it, unless he went ahead and pushed Lexi off, which he definitely didn’t want to do.
Morrison was now wondering if the human was at all bothered by him being so excited, or if she thought he was pathetically desperate for taking such a short time to do so, although he had been forced to watch her walk around in near nothing all night. It also wasn’t helping that he could be more animal than human at times like these. He’d keep it tame for Lexi however, since she’d probably try to rip his balls off if he started growling at her. For now however, he concentrated on kissing the woman again, venturing to use a little tongue as his fingers pressed into the skin of her legs.

If Lexi had had any idea that the man was currently thinking about another woman with her wrapped around his waist she would not have been a very happy camper...no woman wanted to think she wasn't the main thought in their lovers mind especially in moments such as this. If the girl had known he was not thinking of her she might have called this whole thing off, kicked him out of her apartment and drank herself into another stupor. A good thing she had no idea just what he was thinking right now!
Her own mind was completely addled. No matter how much she wanted to actually think of something her mind kept jumping back to the insistent lips at her mouth, the strong arms wrapped around her body and the intimate touching of both of their hands. She wished she could come up with some kind of explanation as to why she was like this but all she could come up with was that she was human and apparently she had needs as well as the next person...she just couldn't hide them anymore. Damn him for making her like this!
He pulled away and she blinked slowly as if trying to get her bearing and as he grinned she couldn't help but see the flash of canines as he did so. She fought the fear that tried to raise up within her...she couldn't be scared now, she had to get over the prejudice she felt against him if she wanted to go ahead with the night. She couldn't go into this afraid. It only took a moment but she managed to squish it down until she no longer felt it.
Although... the pink tinge that had been plaguing her face since the start of the whole thing got a little darker as she felt how he felt about the whole thing and it chased away what little fear she had left. How could she be afraid of something natural (despite him being very much not natural)? She wiggled once again and was soon rewarded with a kiss although this was much deeper than anything from before and she couldn't help the small gasp as his tongue sought permission to enter and doing so gave the appendage the permission it had been after. Her body arched slightly as his fingers pressed into the skin of her thighs and she couldn't help but pull away slightly from the kiss, her breath heavy and the stain still on her face.
She needed to move this before it got too far...There was no way on this earth she was going to spend her first time on the sofa of all places when she had a perfectly good bed right over at the other end of the room! She pulled back completely and looked at him with half lidded eyes, desire now thick in her looks and her voice.
"Will you stay?" The question was near silent as if she suddenly thought that despite everything he had said and done he was going to leave her or not go through with what had seemingly been promised from the very start of their meeting. She lacked so much confidence it was unreal but she wasn't sure she could ever bounce back from a rejection like that....what person would?
Lex didn't wait for an answer as she moved back off his lap until her bare feet hit the floor and once she was sure she could stand up properly moved away slightly, rubbing at the scarred arms as she did so, her teeth biting at her lip once again. She didn't look at him to start with but she soon changed that by moving her eyes back up to his face. "Please?" It was barely a whisper and fear was in her voice although this time it was a fear of him going away and not fear of what he was.
Believing blindly that he wouldn't just go she took a few steps forwards so she could reach out and grasp at his hands, pulling at his own slightly as if to get him to his feet although there was no way she could lift someone the size of him. She still didn't know what she was doing and the fact that she was clueless as to what was going to happen was another thing she was afraid of.
Would it hurt? Would she regret falling for this man once the night was over? Would there even be anything to say and do in the morning after she had given herself to him in such a way?
Her mind swirled with questions until just the one came to the forefront of her mind.
Would she be good enough?

Lexi’s shifting around this time wasn’t at all as disturbing as he’d found it before, since it told him that she was now comfortable and willing enough with how everything was turning out. He was now able to let himself relax and give into what his body was telling him instead of what his mind wanted. Nothing he was doing was upsetting the woman, she was clearly enjoying every moment. The small gasp she let out as he then kissed her told him that she was enjoying this very much indeed. He was immensely glad for this, not wanting her first time to be a bad experience. And he could tell that this was her first time because although she wasn’t clumsy about anything, she was very insecure and tentative.
Morrison wasn’t at all worried as the human pulled away from his kiss, able to feel her deep, hot breaths on his lips when she moved back. The grin found its way back onto his lips and he stared up at her, excited by the look that he found in her eyes, a wanton sort of gaze that was only helped the by heat spreading over her cheeks.
"Will you stay?"
The wolf’s expression grew a little softer, hearing the unsure tone to her voice. It was a fair enough question he supposed, although with the way he was now, he’d be hurting himself as well as her, so there was no reason for him to leave. “Of course,” he breathed, squeezing her legs gently, in more of a reassuring than lustful way.
However, it didn’t seem that Mercy had really needed an answer because she slid off of his lap and got to her feet, her hands going immediately to her arms and rubbing at them. Morrison sat where he was, sure that standing would be a little uncomfortable at the moment, and just watched the woman, resting his hands on his knees. She wasn’t looking at him at first and he was a bit afraid, only for a moment, that she would ask him to just leave because she was scared of what was happening. But then she looked to him and he knew that was not the fact.
"Please?"
He didn’t reply and waited for her to move up to him, lifting his hands up as she took a hold of them. The wolf moved with her as she pulled on him and got stiffly to his feet, clasping her hands tightly in his own. Once he was standing fully, he slowly let go of his grip and before she could move away from him, bent slightly to wrap his arms around her hips then lifted her up off her feet. With a soft grunt of effort, he hefted her up so that he could then hold her under her bum and her legs were secured around his waist.
Without a word, Morrison started carrying Lexine back toward the bed, staring into her eyes and looking at nothing else. He pushed the curtain aside before he could get to the mattress, thinking for a moment that the feel of that fabric would have made for wonderful blankets, but then he knelt on the sheets and thought that those felt just as fine. As he lowered the woman into the bed, he had the urge to ask her if she was sure about this, but he reminded himself that she had asked him to do this, had pleaded him to. No longer thinking, just concentrating on the girl in his arms, he leaned down to kiss her, moving his hands up to start pushing her shirt up from the bottom hem, sort of hoping she’d take the initiative to do the same for him.

Lex didn't know what she had been expecting to happen when she had pulled him to her feet but she did know that she hadn't expected to be quite literally swept off her feet. As his arm moved beneath her and she was suddenly airborne she couldn't help the small squeak of surprise as he clutched her close to him, carrying her in the classic 'bridal style' towards where the bed was. Her arms moved up around his neck and she clung on, not necessarily thinking he would intentionally drop her but because it was an instinct to hold on and not let go in fear of slipping.
she must have blanked for a moment or two reveling in the warmth and comfort of his embrace when she felt herself being lain down onto the soft mattress of her large bed. She stared up at him, still biting her lip (a habit she really needed to break) wondering what was going to happen now....what was she supposed to do dammit?
Her little rant was cut off however as he leaned down over her, his lips pressing once again against hers and she told herself not to panic. She trusted him to lead her in the right direction and that he wouldn't think her stupid for being so naive about such matters. It was probably a little late to think about such things but she couldn't help but be insecure...she might not be good at all and then there was the fact that she was deeply ashamed of her own body no matter how much she tried to flaunt that she wasn't...after all, no one liked to see the scars she had least of all herself.
As his hands moved towards her shirt however she had to place her own on top of his, lightly pushing them away from her body as she shuffled so she could get up into a sitting position. "Wait...i need to move something." She twisted her body and picked up the small bear that was settled onto one of her pillows and moved it onto the small bed side table before she reached under her pillows and pulled out the Sai. With a slightly sheepish look she tucked those into the drawer before turning back to him in slight embarrassment. "Sorry..."
She leaned forwards and captured his lips once again, her hands moving up to the base of his shirt, before slipping inside and lightly trailing over the warm skin, feeling it tense beneath her touch.....
((-waves hands with exaggerated motions- Fade to way after the deed...))
Lexi's body was stiff and just a little sore but she was amazingly content. She had never believed herself to be capable of so much emotion and yet she had proved herself wrong.
Of course, she was also dead to the world, curled up on her side fast asleep. She had no idea if Morrison was even still awake or if he had fallen asleep after her. After a good long, very incredibly passionate round of doing the dirty she had been exhausted, a long day and night finally taking its toll on her body. She hadn't meant to fall asleep but hey...she wasn't perfect!
As she rolled over, her body trying to locate a source of heat thanks to only a thin sheet covering her body a light coughing came from her and her face scrunched up slightly as she did so. Even in sleep she was restless, not really allowing herself to fully relax although she seemed to be having a pretty good sleep at the moment...apart from the cough that gave away that she was incredibly sick. As her coughing subsided a soft sigh came from her and her head tilted to the side, pink hair spread about her head like a halo.

Morrison had been very ready to rip everything Lexi was wearing (which was actually not much) right off, when her hands moved on top his, stopping him half-way through pulling her shirt up. He looked up to her in a sort of confused way, his eyes begging her to stop teasing. "Wait... I need to move something.” The wolf lifted himself onto his hands and knees, watching her as she moved to grab up a stuffed bear sitting on the pillow beside her head. She then reached under the pillow and brought out her Sai, but he was thankful that she did this only to put them away.
"Sorry..." Grinning, he shook his head softly, telling her she didn’t need to be sorry; he didn’t want to accidentally roll over and have a blade stick into his back, so he was very glad that she’d move them out of the way. He now gladly kissed her back as she leaned up into him and his arms came around to hold her waist, holding a soft growl back once her hands had found their way under his shirt...

Lexine was exhausted afterward. Morrison had been on the verge of pulling her back over for another round, surprisingly awake, but once he’d seen that her eyes were closed and she’d actually fallen asleep, he let her be, satisfied as he was. He had placed a soft kiss on her forehead before rolling out of the bed to go to the bathroom to clean himself up, wanting to be more comfortable when he fell asleep next to the woman.
Now, he was laying flat on his back next to Mercy, staring at the ceiling with a wide, content smile on his lips. That had been nice... No, more than nice, wonderful. Any sort of insecurity she’d had before had seemed to vanish and she had really gotten into it. He could sleep well tonight, with a satisfied body and mind. His eyes began to close, ready for rest, but they flew back open when the girl began to cough. It made him feel guilty that he had forgotten about her illness.
With a bit of a sigh, Morrison turned onto his side then shuffled over beside the human, pulling her into his arms and holding her against him. One of his arms moved over her head since he had nowhere else to put it, and he placed his other hand a little bit above her stomach, his fingers gently kneading into her skin to keep her calm. After a few minutes of (thankful) silence, the wolf was able to fall asleep, his hand slipping onto the sheets in front of the girl and forehead pressing itself to her temple.
- - - - - - - -
It was fairly bright outside when Morrison was woken up. He wasn’t sure what had pulled him out of his very restful sleep and he couldn’t figure it out after he lay there for a while, thinking. Eventually, he just put it down to his brain being stupid and ignored that there might a very good reason that he should be getting up. He was too comfortable however, and he didn’t even want to move. Both of them must have been moving around in their sleep, because he remembered actually falling asleep with her pulled against him but now he was laying flat on his back, one arm over his head, and both Lexi’s arm and leg were draped over him. He smiled a bit to himself, wondering what they’d been doing in their sleep, and glad that it hadn’t woken him up.
Closing his eyes again, very glad to just have time to rest, Morrison lazily pulled down the arm over his head to lay it by his side. After a few moments, he lifted that hand and took a gentle hold of the woman’s wrist that was resting on his chest then moving it up to his lips so that he could kiss her arm softly. He planted a few more kisses up her arm, straining for the last, before letting the limb fall back onto his chest.
With the girl still asleep, he decided that he didn’t have to get up for a while unless he wanted to disturb her. Now that he had nothing else to do, he let his mind wander. What was he going to do today? Iivan would want to know where he had been but he wasn’t sure how he’d react to finding out that he’d spent the night with Lexine, who was the first human in a long time that the other wolf had actually been afraid of. He supposed it didn’t matter though; he was free to do what (and who) he wanted. Then he thought about how glad he was that he didn’t have to go into work today, but then he wondered if the woman beside him did have to work and what time she had to be in? Though, he wouldn’t dare wake her to find out; she needed the sleep, especially after last night. Morrison smiled a bit to himself at that thought.

Lex was awoken the next morning by gentle kisses on her arm and she kept herself still, her mind just a little foggy as it tried to catch up with what was going on although it didn't take long for the nights activities to come back to her. How could she forget the near miss she had had in that alley? And she certainly couldn't forget what had happened once she had come home...she didn't want to forget it either. It had been beyond wonderful. Once she felt him release her hand she shifted and her eyes opened slightly.
"Hmm..." Her body stretched out beneath the sheets as she moved to get the kinks out of her bones although she winced ever so slightly at the stiffness she felt. Ow. Ok. Not the best idea she had ever had but despite it being sore she didn't feel it was a bad pain...more of a pleasant one caused from a night of 'love making' (to put it nicely). "Ow," She voiced her displeasure at being sore although it wasn't very convincing and opened her eyes fully to look at the man she was half over.
"Morning..." She shifted so that she was a bit more comfortable, her body curling into his side as she did so, resting the one hand on his chest while the other moved between their bodies so it was out of the way. The fingers of the hand on his chest moved to dance over his rough skin, lightly playing over the dog tags he seemed to always wear before moving further down his body until it played over his stomach and the trail of hair that led further down to 'other regions' before it stilled and rested there instead. "I am really sore..." Despite the accusation in her voice it was obvious she didn't really blame him for it- after all, she had been the one to start the whole thing.
With a small yawn she forced herself to move again, sitting up slowly, clutching the silky sheet to her body as if trying to preserve what modestly she had left although quite frankly after last night she wasn't sure she had any left to hide! Well ok, so it hadn't been what one would call a night filled with wild monkey sex but it had been passionate and he had made sure to satisfy her needs...and if she admitted it his growls were very much a turn on. Not that she would ever admit that to anyone, especially not Morrison since his ego was big enough as it was.
Her head turned to look at the small clock next to the bear and picture and her eyes widened slightly as she did so. It was getting on and although it was still rather early she had no doubts that they would soon hear Bert arriving to open up the garage...which meant she really ought to get up and ready for the day ahead. Not that she wanted to...she was more than happy to stay here in bed which for a girl like her was a drastic change to her get up and go attitude- she had never been able to just sit and stay still. She turned back to look at him only to catch him staring at her and her cheeks flushed pink as she clutched the sheet closer to her, suddenly very shy about the whole thing.
She was more than embarrassed that she had fallen asleep so quickly after the deed and she couldn't help but wonder if he thought her pathetic for it. Every insecurity about the whole thing pushed forward into her mind and she once again bit her lip as she looked down on him. Had she been good enough? Was he just going to leave now? What was going to happen now? Sex was one thing but having a relationship was another and she wasn't sure if she could bring herself to have such a connection with someone...and she couldn't help but doubt he would want such a thing from a weak human like her. Not to mention his friend would never approve...and for some reason she wanted to be good enough for Morrison.
Finally she decided to shove those thoughts into the back of her mind and she moved once again, this time moving so that she could straddle the man still laying down on the bed, her knees either side of him and although the blush only turned a deeper pink as she felt his morning reactions she didn't dare move from her spot. For a moment or two she looked down at him until she finally moved her arms to either side of his head, dipping her body forward until her hair framed their faces and her lips pressed against his in a very gentle kiss, not wanting to get too passionate at the moment.
If she wasn't careful she could fall head over heels in love with this man....not that she wasn't already on her way...

Morrison hadn’t even noticed it at first when Lexi had woken up. He had thought that she was a deep enough sleeper that a few little kisses wouldn’t register at all in her subconscious and he’d been counting on her to sleep for at least another half hour. That wasn’t to say that he was disappointed when she started to stretch herself out, voicing a quite ”Ow,” as her cramped muscles moved again. The wolf couldn’t help but grin a little, knowing that pain was his fault and being glad for it.
"Morning..."
“Morning to you too,” he muttered, lifting his arm out of the way as Mercy moved to curl around him. After she had settled herself against him, he wrapped the arm around her shoulders, holding her closer and turning his head slightly to place a kiss on her forehead. He started to move to kiss her on the lips, but as her hand moved to trail along his chest and then further down, he swallowed softly, trying to keep his brain from going down there (in every sense) again. It was early in the morning, but he should still be home soon, and this woman was not making it easy for him to start doing that.
"I am really sore..." Morrison let out a sigh, grinning wider and staring over at Lexine. Now she was just teasing, which he had to admit he did enjoy, but she couldn’t ever leave it at that and he didn’t know if she would be up for anything this early. For him, the morning was the best time for all sorts of intimacy, yet he wasn’t going to do a thing unless the woman initiated it; she had to be comfortable with it. Not that he thought she’d be uncomfortable with him ever again.
As Mercy began to sit up, he moved his arms out of her way, instead reaching up both arms and placing his hands behind his head, perfectly happy with laying back and staring at the human’s behind, since she hadn’t wrapped the blankets all the way around herself. Content with the view he had, Morrison was unaware that she was looking at the clock, though if he had, he would have asked her what time it was. Jeena was supposed to be over sometime, wasn’t she? Oh well, if he wasn’t there when she got to the apartment, at least she’d have her patient; Iivan didn’t stay out as often as he used to.
Not noticing that Lexi was looking down at him, he reached out and ran a finger softly down the middle of her lower back to get her attention. Because of that, when he looked up at her to see her eyes on him, he thought the touch had been the cause of her blushing. His hand crept around her hips and he gently started to pull her own, hoping she would lay down with him again since this mattress was just too damn soft for only one person to enjoy. For a little while, she didn’t move, and he wondered if she would get out of bed because perhaps she regretted sleeping with him or just because she had to get ready for work.
His fingers began to loosen a little, letting her go, never wanting to force something on her, but then she was turning around and moving over him, soon moving so that she was sitting on top of him. Morrison shut his eyes for a second, letting out a deep breath, then gazed up at the woman, his hands slowly reaching out to take a hold of her waist. “You sure know what a bloke likes,” he told her, grinning, letting the heat between his legs grow unrestrained. “You are amazing,” he then whispered before her lips pressed into his. The wolf wrapped his arms up around her back as they kissed, pulling her closer and lifting his knees up so that she slipped forward a little. He suddenly wondered if they should actually be going on with this, not sure if he had any more protection in his wallet. But as he thought about it, he remembered that he did; there was at least one condom left. As long as Lexi didn’t want to go for a third time, they’d be fine.

As she pulled away from the kiss she felt his hands on her waist and she wondered just where this was going to go...if they weren't careful they would never get out of bed and she couldn't afford to miss work, no matter how much she didn't want to go- she had no doubt that that man would be here again today asking for an apology that she would have no choice but to give...she couldn't let Bert get into trouble for something she had been the cause of...
Her thoughts were broken at Morrison's voice and she forced herself to stop thinking of other things when she had the man beneath her. “You sure know what a bloke likes,” Really? Here she had been thinking she had no idea what a man wanted! She still didn't know although she was a fast learner and she guessed he enjoyed it when she took the lead in these things...but perhaps that was just because he liked knowing she wanted him in such ways. She didn't care. She really liked the man and if what she was doing pleased him then she would keep doing it, despite still not having a clue what she should so. Maybe she should get some book or something to help her out...they did those didn't they?
“You are amazing,”
She pulled back slightly so she could look at him, disbelief flashing across her face as she did so. He was obviously blind...A small smile played over her lips and her eyes twinkled ever so slightly in amusement, giving her a much more youthful appearance to usual. She didn't think she was amazing but she would humour him this once, just because she wanted to continue with what was going on before it was ruined by reality. As she leaned back down her head shook a little as if disagreeing with him. "No I'm not," She was so close to him that her lips brushed against his own as she spoke before she took them as her own in yet another kiss, this one a little deeper than the soft one she had given him earlier.
She soon pulled away again however as she felt his knees lift behind her and she fell forwards slightly and her face flared red once again as she felt him rub in places she was still a little tender. She wondered briefly if he even had anything else with him to protect the pair of them before deciding that he wouldn't be carrying on like this if he didn't- she didn't think he was the type to get a girl in trouble just on a whim. Well, she hoped he wasn't at any rate! She glared at him briefly for moving her before sighing and moving forwards, this time her lips moved down to his ear where she nipped ever so slightly as if telling him off. "No I'm not." She repeated before she moved back to his lips once more....
Downstairs meanwhile Bert had arrived to open up for the day and as he opened up the large doors he looked around as if looking for someone but seeing no one entered his business and looked about once again. where on earth was that girl? Thanks to living right above the place she was always up and about early and he could usually find her doing something with one of the cars to keep herself busy...the only time this changed was when she was either completely drunk or so high she couldn't even remember her name. He frowned and made his way towards the back where the hidden door was thinking that she had obviously lied to him last night...she had done something stupid after he had spoken to her. Bloody girl!
Opening the door he turned the alarm off and made his way up the steps, two grey blurs running up ahead of him as Bonny and Clyde made their way up to their home. He opened the top door and let the two cats in and looked about with a frown until his eye caught something behind the curtain that separated the other side of the room. What was that? For a heavy set man he made barely any noise as he walked towards the room and Lexi who was more preoccupied with Morrison than her cats didn't even know he was there until he had pulled the curtain back.
"What the bloody hell?" He swore and she jumped, her head turning sharply to look at him, eyes wide and her mouth falling open in shock before turning and burrowing her head into Morrison#s neck.
"Please tell me I'm seeing things?" She whimpered softly to the man she was on top of, her eyes clenched shut as if hoping this was all some sort of terrible dream. Bert was not stood in her room glaring at the pair of them...no...she was asleep. Please let her be dreaming.
Bert stood right at the end of his bed, his glare burning holes into the back of her head. "What the hell do you think your doing?" The question was aimed at the very more than naked form of Morrison, his glare turning onto him instead of the girl who had fallen off of Morrison and onto the side of him with a soft 'thump', her face redder than it had ever been. Now she knew how it felt to be caught out by parents...or as close to it as it was going to happen anyway. "Get your filthy paws off my niece!" Oh if only he knew that Morrison was a wolf he might have used different words but his main thought was getting the two away from one another and where he could lay his hands on a gun...or some other such weapon.

It was being generous to say that Lexi was amazing, good or even really good would have suited more, but with the way Morrison was feeling, she truly did seem amazing. She didn’t seem to think so herself, a skeptical smile coming over her lips, a light flashing in her eyes. That expression had made her look much younger and very beautiful, making him realize that this was turning out to be very good for her; she didn’t have to worry about anything in the past or anything that had to be done in the future, she was just there with Morrison in the present. And he was more than happy to stay there.
"No I'm not," The man closed his eyes half-way, feeling a breath on his lips as she spoke these words, but he didn’t tell her otherwise, he simply accepted her kiss. His hand lifted to the back of her head as their lips worked together and his fingers wrapped themselves into her hair, holding her in place. That was until she reacted to his knees moving and pulled away from the kiss. He grinned at her rather mischievously as she glared at him, and shifted his hips slightly, pressing himself against her. He could be a tease too.
She did get him back though, leaning down and nipping at his ear, causing him to growl softly and dig his fingers into her hip for a moment. "No I'm not," This time, he didn’t really have the chance to say a thing as her lips were soon back on his, though he was thinking that if she kept on like this, then she would be lying because she was learning incredibly fast. She had definitely gotten up to ‘very good’.
Under normal circumstances (which would be anything but making out in bed with a beautiful girl), Morrison would have heard Bert coming as soon as he’d gotten onto the stairs. But with him being so distracted, all he was aware of was that Lexi was sitting a top him, kissing him. One of his hands was on its way up the girl’s side when he imagined that he heard something but he only spared it a millisecond of thought before dismissing it as his muddled brain playing tricks on him. He should have at least smelled the man and the cats that were then in the room, yet all he could sense was Lexi, Lexi, Lexi...
"What the bloody hell?”
Morrison had been grinning rather idiotically the second before, but now he could only stare at the ceiling, mouth slack and eyes wide with shock. How had that man even got in here? And who was he even? It took him only a moment to figure out that last part. It was the OldMan who’d picked Mercy up from the hospital. The wolf’s expression suddenly grew furious, though he didn’t move, since the girl had pressed her face into the side of his neck, hiding. "Please tell me I'm seeing things?" Morrison was very sure that she wasn’t seeing things, though he really, really wished that she was.
"What the hell do you think your doing?"
Not quite ready to move, feeling he’d still be far too exposed if he got out from under the sheets now, the wolf stayed in place, pulling his hands away from Lexine as she rolled off of him. He clenched his hands into tight fists and then slowly sat up, glancing over at the woman who wore a pained, embarrassed expression.
"Get your filthy paws off my niece!"
That was the poorest choice of words imaginable. Morrison had been avoiding looking at the man so far, but now his dangerously narrowed eyes turned toward the human. He’d just had to bring race into this (although he was unaware that the OldMan had no idea what he was) and for whatever reason, it made him think that if Lexi had been with a human, he would have said “Sorry, go on, continue,” The racist bastard.
Clenching his jaw, holding himself back from rushing at the man while he was still in the nude, he sat up fully then swung his legs over the side of the be before he leaned down to grab up his underwear. He stood stiffly to pull on the briefs before turning to look at the man. The wolf wanted to yell something at him to get him to leave the room, but nothing would come to mind, he was just angry in the purest sense of the word. For a few seconds, he continued to stare at the OldMan before looking over at Lexi still in the bed then back over at the other human. “You could at least leave so she could get dressed,” he said harshly, flexing his fingers in and out of fists.
