Another night time hit, the best time in his mind to do the job and not just because as a vampire he can't go out into sunlight. The streets are more or less empty due to the chill night air and reports of a snow storm coming, neither of these two factors phase Sully in the slightest, he'd let himself become burried in the snow while waiting for the target to appear. Humming to himself to pass the time Sully watches the street through the scope on his rifle. "Come on little sun-bug, come out into the cold".
Ten minutes, thirty, sixty. Ninety minutes of waiting and finally the target appears, the snow starting to fall. "Finally little thing, finally you appear out of your warm little hole". Lifting the gun barrel Sully takes aim and gently pulls the trigger. As always a shot to the heart, instant kill. Smiling, pleased with himself, the assassin calming stands up, resting the barrel of his gun on his shoulder and leaves the rooftop he had been sitting on. He never questions who the targets are, asking questions is a sure fire way of getting your self... disposed off within Izan. Ask no questions and you get no lies.
Already he can hear the sirens of approaching police and ambulance sirens, already there are people starting to gather around the body, none of them all that sure of what to do about it and the fresh snow is already stained red. The smell of blood strong, so sweet and enticing. Always one to have a little fun Sully hides the rifle, not that it mattered in the police found it any DNA they got off of it would come up with no results according to the records Sully does not exist. Down from the roof Sully walks out into the streets and takes his place within the crowd of unlookers. The only thing that could make him stand out is that he wears only jeans, a leather jacket and t-shirt while everyone else around him wears heavy coats and scarves to ward off the cold.

Connor was pretty used to working long days, but that didn't stop them from wearing him out. That morning, he had gotten up at 4 AM, and was at work by 5 AM. He had then worked all throughout the day, being out in the field, and doing paperwork, with little breaks. He barely even had time to piss. But again, he was pretty used to it. When the day ended at 6 PM though, he barely had the energy to walk out of his office. He managed to get home okay though, but didn't even take his jacket, or shoes off, as he plopped down in his chair, reclined it, and fell asleep. Many days that week he had done the same thing. Worked all day, and come home just to plop down in his recliner, or couch, and fall asleep. He was always still exhausted when he woke up. That day especially, since only 3 hours later, his cell phone was ringing in his pocket. "Ah shut up" Connor told it as he was half asleep. But it didn't shut off until Connor finally fished around in his pocket, and took the phone out, and answered it. "Huh?" Connor asked when he put the phone to his ear. "Ah jeez." He said when the person on the phone spoke. It was one of the cops who worked with him, just telling him about a crime that had just been committed, and that their boss was telling everyone to come onto the scene. "I just got off of work. I'm exhausted. I don't think I can come in" Connor explained, but it didn't matter as he knew he had to go into work anyways.
Connor then hung up the phone and put it back into his pocket, as he slowly tried getting up from the chair. He grunted as he leaned forward, then stood up. He then stretched, and could hear himself crack, and pop. "Ah hell" He said as he then stumbled around a bit, looking for his shoes that he was already wearing. After a minute of looking around, he finally noticed them on his feet. "There they are" He said as he then stumbled down the stairs, tripping, catching himself, then walking out the door. He headed towards his jeep, hopped in and turned it on. It took a few tries to finally get it to turn on, but it soon did, and he was able to pull out of his driveway, and head off towards the scene of the crime. As he drove there though, he realized he didn't even ask where it was. "Damnit" He said as he pulled his phone from his pocket, and called the cop back. Once the cop told him where the crime had been, Connor sped up, lights on, knowing he would be late, and his boss would be pissed.
Once Connor got there, he parked his car, and jumped out, running towards the crowd of people, gathered around the dead body. As Connor was running, he paid little attention to the people around him, but instead was focused on looking around for where his boss was. He hoped his boss wasn't there yet, as Connor was sure if he saw Connor coming, he would begin yelling right then and there. Connor did spot his boss, but didn't have time to fully stop, when he accidentally bumped into someone. "Woah!" Connor yelled as his eyes widened a bit when the force of the bump made him stumble, and spin around to look at the person he had bumped into. "Oh hell. Sorry bout that" Connor said, not even thinking that he probably looked like hell as his hair was completely messed up, he hadn't been able to shave, and he looked like he hadn't slept in a week. "You alright?" Connor then asked. Word Count: 642 Mood: Tired Notes:

Most of the crowd had already walked off by the time Connor arrived, having been ushered away by the police. Sully however stayes nearby, knowing some of the paramedics that have come to assess the body is always a perk whenever there's a crime scene, all he has to do wait around for them to be done with the body and get it into the back of the ambulance. While waiting he is hit suddenly by someone running into him, though the impact to him is nothing, all it makes him to his step back a little, annoyed. Shaking his head slowly Sully looks up to see who had run into him. "Look where you're friggin' going man".

Quickly Sully takes a look at the human male, assessing him. Looks fairly well built but looks like he's just climbed out of bed without even trying to make an effort to look business like. Sighing mentally Sully decides to give this man a bit of slack. "It's okay man, just make sure you look where you're going next time. You here to take a look at the body eh? Looks like he got shot through the heart. I was nearby when I heard the shot, saw the poor guy fall to the ground. Didn't see much other than that really. Must have pissed off somebody real good to have to had been killed like that... at least it would have been quick, been shot through the heart and all". He mays well play a little with the human, give him just enough information to make him wonder.

Connor had stumbled a bit when he ran into the person, and he had run into the person with enough force to make Connor spin around. Once he had spun around, he was able to get a good look at who he had run into. Connor was first greeted by the guy telling him to watch where he was going. Connor frowned at the guy, but had then apologized. He rubbed his shoulder where he had run into the guy, as it hurt a little from them ramming into each other. As Connor rubbed his shoulder, he looked at the guy. The guy looked young, but was definitely muscular. Connor had then asked if the guy was alright, even though it didn't look like any damage had been done to him. "Uh yeah alright." Connor said when the guy spoke again, being a bit nicer to Connor. "Oh. Uh yeah" Connor said when the guy asked him if he was there to look at the body. Connor then looked over at the dead guy laying on the ground. As he examined the scene with his eyes, the guy spoke some more. "Shot through the heart?" Connor asked as he glanced over at the guy, then looked back down at the dead guy. "You didn't see anyone.. suspicious around here did you? But you saw him fall down?" Connor asked slowly looking up from the dead guy, to the other guy.
Connor then pulled out a notepad from his coat pocket, and took a pen out. "So what's your name?" He asked, wanting to get as much information from the guy as he could. He figured if the guy saw the dead guy fall down, he had to have seen the person who had shot the dead guy, even if he didn't know it. "Yeah.. it would have been quick. Probably didn't feel much. Doesn't mean his family won't though" Connor said as he looked down at the dead guy, then walked up to him. Other cops came around, and were taking pictures, and getting as much evidence as they could. One cop almost ran into Connor, swore at him, then walked off. Connor simply raised an eyebrow as he watched the cop walk off. Connor's attention was then turned towards the body, that was being placed in a body bag. "Just what I need. Another case" Connor said as he shook his head, then looked up at the guy.

(so I did haha)
Sully shifts his weight to one foot and crosses his arms. "Yeah. I've heard that there have been other series of murders like this one. But you know that's just what I've heard on the news and read in papers. Always through the heard or injuries to the head. Then again you can never really believe all the things you read in the papers now can you". Draw the humna in a little, make him wonder why and how Sully could know about the details, only a few of his own hits had been published in the papes as news, only the high profile people he had offed. "I saw him fall over, heard the shot even. Couldn't tell you where it came from though. Sounded like a big gun through, not one someone could get away with carrying while walking the streets". Sully smiles a little at Connors question on him seeing anyone suspicious. "Man everyone around here look sus'. For all you know it could have been someone who had come along to look at the body then walked off again".
Name? What did a name matter to Sully? There are no records of him ever existing in any country. The police could take blood tests, skin, hair and saliva samples and they'd never get a possitive hit on anyone by his name, at least no one by his name that mathches his DNA. But if it got back to Izan that he is giving out his name will-nilly it could get him into a bit of trouble. "Name's Alexander Judge". In every kill Sully has ever done he never once thought about what the death of his target would have on their families, best not to think about those kinds of things when you're in the assassin business, starts getting to you. He'd always been able to detach himself from the people he targets, never once has he felt remorse or regret for doing what he was told to do, but he can fake sympathy well enough. "Yeah, it'll be hard on them to have suddenly lost a father, a husband. Probably the one who brought home most of the money too". Sully watches Connor walk towards the body. When the mans back is turned the assassin can drop the 'human facade', and for a moment let the cold come back into his grey eyes. The smell of the blood on the snow and cooling in the dead mans veins. If the police and onlookers weren't around gauking Sully would have raided the ambulance by now, probably killing the paramedics aswel for shits and giggles.
His muscles tense a little as he forces himself to stay glued to the spot and not go running over to the emergency vehicle. When Connor looks back at Sully he has a hint of the coldness in his eyes, a momentary look that seems like it could freeze the blood in your veins, but then it is gone, replaced by more welcoming and human features. He takes mental notes of Connor; appearance, height, build, clothing. All to be written down and remembered in case he is to ever see the man alone one night. The detective investigating Sully's murders could possibly become the vampires next victim and he's make sure the body would never be found.

"Yeah.. Well.. yes." Connor said when the guy mentioned he had heard about other murders. Connor had looked at the guy briefly, but had then looked back down at the dead guy. The wheels in his head were obviously turning, as Connor thought about what the guy said. He then slowly looked back up to the guy, and was about to ask what newspapers he had read the information from, when the guy answered Connor's other question. "But you were close? Hmm" Connor said as he scratched his head, thinking about everything the guy had said. "Yeah.. I guess it could have been anyone. But why? Well I guess that's where I come in to investigate around. Hell" Connor said as he sighed, looking back down at the dead body. He had then asked for the guys name, wanting to get as much information as possible. And Connor figured if the guy had been close enough to see the guy fall down, and to hear the shot, he would have at some point, seen the shooter, even if he didn't know it right then.
"Alexander Judge?" Connor asked as he wrote it down on his notepad. "Well, it's nice to meet you Alexander" Connor said as he held his hand out for the guy to shake. For most cops it was hard to be friendly to people, even if they were possible suspects. But it wasn't for Connor. As long as the person didn't piss him off, and wasn't a known criminal yet, Connor was fine with them. And Alexander had given him some information, even if it was a little, but it still helped. Alexander then spoke again, and Connor nodded his head, not really knowing what else to say, on the subject of the dead guys family. Connor had then walked towards the body, and examined it a bit more. The body had then been placed in a body bag, so Connor took a step back, then turned around to face Alexander, as he could no longer examine the dead guy. Connor took a couple steps towards Alexander, but then stopped when he looked at Alexander's face. Connor had noticed Alexander's face had a.. cold look to it. But after staring at the guy for a couple seconds, Connor shook his head, as he figured he was just seeing things. Connor took a few more steps, then ran his fingers through his hair. "So uh.. I hate to be a nosy cop, but what are you doing around here at this time? It's uh.." Connor said as he looked at his watch, then back up at Alexander. "Pretty late" Connor said, finishing his sentence. Connor then pulled his jacket up a little bit, trying to get the collar to wrap around his neck some more. It was pretty cold out, and Connor couldn't help but wish the killer had chosen a better time to kill the guy. "Damn it's cold" Connor said.

"Yeah.. I guess it could have been anyone. But why?"
"The guy looked like he was the kind of guy who worked in the 'high-ups', you know had lots of money and influence. These days people like that tend to draw the bad kind of attention to themselves at times. You know, people who don't like that they're getting all the money and not doing anything productive with it, or perhaps he owned some money that didn't end up paying back". The last seemed most likely to Sully. People these days were always making shady deals with someone or other. Borrowing money that they can't pay back in time and then end up getting shot... like this guy. Sully then decides to have a little fun with the cops, make them do a little runaround. "You know, when I was waking I actually saw someone up on one of the rooves nearby. Didn't see exactly what the person was doing though, but I thought given the circumstances it could be a bit of information that could do you guys some good".
Sully takes Connors hand and returns the handshake. Of course his touch is cold to the touch but that could be put down to the fact that he's out in the winter cold wearing only jeans, tshirt and a jacket. This one is different than the other cops Sully has met over the years; he actually makes an effort to be nice to people when meeting them, a nice change. The cop had caught Sully drop his facade of been nice and innocent, but it was dropped for only a moment, not enough to think anything of. "So uh.. I hate to be a nosy cop, but what are you doing around here at this time? It's uh Pretty late". "A reasonable question. I'd come out of one of the buildings after seeing someone. I came out about... an hour ago and was having a smoke when I heard the shot". "Damn it's cold". "It is quite cold. Must suck having to come out here, bet you were just about to relax at home too".
