† Rebecca - Alicia - Williams †
†Becky†
[/center]† General Information †
Full Name: Rebecca Alicia Wiliams
Nicknames: Becky
Gender: Female
Race: Human
Age: 24
Age they appear: --
Occupation: IZAN Bombs and Explosives Expert
Orientation: Heterosexual
Health Problems: None
† Personality †
Basic Personality:
At first glance, one would think that Rebecca was one of those girls. She'll be shallow-minded, bubbly, cheerful, a minx in bed, and wouldn't know a rifle from a pistol. The person who thinks that of Rebecca would not be the first and definitely wouldn't be the last. Rebecca used to be mad about being underestimated, but learned to use it to her advantage.
Rebecca has many sides to her but two sides prevail: fierce IZAN agent and overprotective older sister, mixed with a bit of opinionated bitch of course. She's cold, commanding, efficient, and deadly - all hidden under a careful facade of a feisty yet playful wildcat. She's too damned intelligent for her own good and knows way more than she lets on. She has learned a long time ago that the only one she can count on would be herself - the law is only against her after all. Although she is a weapons dealer and not afraid to get her hands dirty, she is still a woman - something that is used against her sometimes. She has learned to tolerate the chauvinistic pigs she's around and use it against them.
Although she's all aggression and manipulations at work, she's also as protective as a mother when her baby sister is concerned. She's only a few years older than her, but she takes her responsibilities seriously. If you mess with her sister, you mess with Rebecca as well - and dealing with both Williams sisters is just not worth your while. Although there is a bit of rivalry between the two, Riley is one of the most important person in her life. But even then, the sisters can fight. When two weapon dealers get into an argument, it's a guarantee that more than words would be thrown around.
And finally, the icing on the cake. She's strong, independent, yet gentle with her sister - only to her sister so far. And how does she treat everyone else? Those who know her would either be in awe of her or be overwhelmed by her. She likes trying to 'help' people for little escapes her notice. Unfortunately for her 'victims' she's the last person you'd want to go to for advice. She has barely any romantic experience to draw from and unless you want to learn how to assemble a gun or detonate a bomb, she's not much help. But that doesn't mean she can keep her nose out of other people's business! She knows everything!

† History †
History:
She was the eldest daughter of Lillian and Pete Williams. Her little sister Riley was a few years younger than her. Together, they were the ideal human family. Lillian was a warm and fair mother who devoted much of her time to rearing her two daughters just right. Pete, on the other hand, seemed to be getting into trouble. Unbeknown to her mother, her husband was part of the mafia. And at that time, being part of the mafia was not a very good thing - if ever.
She was eight when her parents were killed. Was it her or Riley that had found their parents' bodies that morning? She couldn't remember, and Rebecca couldn't help but be a little grateful for that small blessing. For the next few days after her parents' deaths, Rebecca was in a haze.
She had always been told to look after her sister, but she was too shocked. When Riley had cried out for her comfort, Rebecca didn't do anything. It's something that she regrets greatly. She wasn't there for her sister.
When she woke up from her trance, a week had passed and she was living with her Aunt Martha in Greater London. The woman was nice enough, accommodating and sympathetic, but she wasn't Lillian. She was nine, and much too young to deal with grief, stress, and responsibility. Although she was able to hide her unease from her aunt and sister, her schoolmates noticed. She was snappy, cold, and sometimes, even violent with them. Soon, she was isolated. The teachers did not notice nor did it really matter to them. Her marks were still high, she still participated in class, and was bright and cheerful - to their faces anyways. She was given freedom - no matter how limited it truly was - and it gave Rebecca a high. It was there that she started to become two-faced.
From then on, she and her sister weren't very close. They lived in the same house and still talked to one another regularly, but they both omitted information from one another. Riley wasn't going to school and Rebecca was a terror to her classmates.
It was when she was fourteen did things took a turn for the worse. Apparently, one of Pete's old mafia buddies remembered the 'cute, innocent, and very much cunning' daughter of his colleague. It had been five years, but she recognized the man, Mr. Dalton James - if that was his real name. He has a job for her and since she was a little short on change, she accepted.
It started off as small things. She acted as a look out, a messenger girl, and sometimes, the secretary to meetings. All those times she claimed to be 'busy studying for a huge exam or test, she was at an old abandoned warehouse doing menial chores. A year passed, and she was getting rather antsy. Ambition was synonymous with her very being and she was no longer satisfied with such a small part in the organization.
She was assigned a mentor and given a set amount of drugs. She had to meet with the clients and sell it. Surprisingly, most of her clients were her own classmates. Her mentor and partner, a boy three years her senior named Coby was very impressed with her discretion and skill. Pretty soon, she was working on her own. She was someone in the mafia now, still rather unknown, unlike her father, but she had a niche.
She was sixteen when her sister came back into her life by leaving it. She had been working at an auto body place with some man named Hank. It was not surprising to her that Aunt Martha was not pleased at all. She was kicked out of their home, and although Rebecca wanted to follow, she knew that she was better off with Aunt Martha. She wasn't of age yet, and she needed someone to be her alibi if something came up. I'll be able to support Riley better, she tells herself, but knows it's for herself she stayed with her aunt.
Everything went downhill when she was eighteen. She had long since been promoted from her little job of dealing drugs to teenagers to dealing weapons to several rebel groups against the werewolf regime. She was a merchant and needed to know her stuff in order to convince them that her goods were what they wanted - no, needed. What started as a necessity became her obsession.
She loved weapons. The cool mechanical coating, the danger and power in her hands, the ingenuity of each design. She was a woman obsessed. She started disappearing for days on end, cooped up in one of her organization's bunkers, talking firearms, bombs, and even traditional weapons such as knives, with the older members and Cody.
Her aunt was not pleased. She was unwillingly shipped off to some camp for 'troubled and disobedient children'. It was ridiculous since she was a legal adult and graduated high school. She was pissed, she argued, shouted, but lost. It was a good thing that she was sent to the camp, for when she returned weeks later, she found out that the government had moved. They had wiped out her organization. Those who survive are in jail, those who aren't are in the morgue. Cody had died in one of the last raids. She was the only one left of the mafia.
She didn't care about the loss of anyone but her friend Cody. She was going to take down those assholes even if it killed her. It was Cody that had taught her everything and helped her begin her long climb to the top. Cody had always been there for her. Yet, the one time she was needed by him, she was sent to some crappy camp for children with issues. She'll avenge him. And that was when she found her sister again. Besides the odd e-mail, she had not seen her sister since Riley had been kicked out of their home by their Aunt Martha. But boy was she pleased to see her little baby sister.
She had grown up and she had a plan. In less than a year, they were working for another organization. IZAN. And their goals were just like their own: Take down the government.
