Gender: Female

Health Problems: was anemic as a human, and sometimes when she feeds from anemic humans, she feels that way again; gets cold very easily, faints, etc. otherwise, none.
† Personality †
Basic Personality: At first glance, Roxy is a very nice woman. She appears young, and she likes to act young, but still mature, as well. There is a light, childish playful side about her, one that normally comes out when she sees something she likes, like horses or rainstorms. Roxy does seem to be a little off her rocker, but she’s just rather eccentric. More than anything, Roxy is a seductress. She looooves to flirt with boys, and sex is a game for her. This comes in handy, considering she feeds from mostly men, ones that she lures into a private location. Occasionally, a rather..ruthless side of Roxy emerges. Although she’s in no way evil, she does enjoy the thrill of a hunt, chase and kill every once in awhile. She has a slight sadistic side that sometimes comes out, though normally Roxy is delightfully sweet, with an edge of sarcasm and fierceness. She’s a very neat person, always keeping wherever she lives very clean. She adores her cat, Lucy, more than anything. Each time her cat runs away or dies, she gets another jet black cat, naming it Lucy. Roxanne doesn’t discriminate against race, more of a peacekeeper than anything. Whether it be vampires, werewolves, or humans. She treats them all equally, preferring to feed lightly from different animals than heavily from one and killing it, same with humans.

† History †
History: Roxanne Elizabeth Hart was born on Valentine’s day, February 14th, 1993, in Paris, France. Her parents centered their life around their only daughter, she was their pride and joy. Even as a toddler, Roxy showed a large interest in music. Her parents had a grand piano in their house, and as soon as Roxy could walk, she would climb up onto the bench and sit there for hours, listening happily to the sounds that she could produce.
Roxy started with chorus in elementary school, and once she got to middle school, she was involved in chorus, orchestra and band. Singing was her favorite, and playing the cello was her second favorite, tied with playing the piano for the school band. She grew up learning both French and English. By the time she was in high school, Roxy was involved in all music classes, having learned that she had perfect pitch. The girl spent the majority of her time figuring out the key of sounds she heard, something that always amused her musically-inclined friends. Music had gotten her to soar high in school, receiving a music scholarship to the New York University, in the United States. After Roxy finished high school, she left her parents, never going one day without calling them, and went to New York, with high hopes and dreams of becoming a music teacher.
One night, at the age of 20, she was at a night club with a bunch of her school friends, in the well-known city of New York. There was a man, with blond, curly hair and piercingly blue eyes, who seemed almost too beautiful to be real. Roxy had noticed that he’d been giving her cute looks all night, and after encouragement from her friends, she went up to him at the bar and began to talk. The man introduced himself as William, though he never gave her a last name. They had long talks, mostly about music. He had said that he was a student as NYU as well, and that he had heard many great things about her from professors. Of course, this made Roxy happier than anything, and he invited her to go dance. She willingly agreed, finding him drop dead gorgeous, and a sweetheart to boot. He had been a complete gentleman while they bonded, dancing with her closely and whispering sweet compliments in her ear. At one point during the night, after they had been close to sharing their first kiss, William had gently taken her hand and led her to a back room of the club, a dark room with no one else in it. There, they had shared their first kiss, and it made Roxy’s heart pound. Apparently, this had encouraged William, because he had kissed down her neck, and Roxy felt his lips part. Goosebumps raised her skin, and then Roxy felt an enormous, sharp pain against the right side of her neck. It hurt so bad, she could barely make a sound, and she soon faded into unconsciousness.
Roxy had a very hard time remembering what the first year of being a vampire was like. As the years went on, she began to remember bits of pieces of the first twelve months, realizing that she had practically been an uncontrollable monster. When she had finally started to realize what was happening in her life, Roxy realized that she was back in France. Apparently, William was a family friend of the Hart’s, and he had been sent to New York as a favor to both Elizabeth and Nicolas; to turn their daughter. It suddenly all started to make sense to Roxy. She had always wondered how her parents had managed to remain to young looking, how they were so pale, why they didn’t like going out during the day... Her mother and father had raised her as both a child and as a young vampire, helping her be civilized among society, just like them.
She had lived with her mother and father for the first few decades of her afterlife. They traveled quite often, going to England, to America, Australia, Russia, Italy, Spain... Though, when the news about the werewolf and vampire fight in London, her parents thought it was best to return to Paris, which they all did, as a family. Curiosity constantly clawed at Roxy’s mind. Something about it just made her want to go there. Never had she ever had a problem with a werewolf or another vampire that she couldn’t talk her way out of. She didn’t view them, or humans, as any different. Of course, humans were a source of food. Roxy didn’t particularly enjoy to kill humans, though. There came the random moods every once in awhile where she had just to attack someone, a high that she felt was familiar from when she was turned. Other than that, either Roxy fed from animals, or she fed from three to four humans a night, taking enough out of them that they’d feel a little woozy, but they wouldn’t be injured, and she was well fed. And so, she travels to London, more curious than anything.

† RP example †
To say the very least, Roxy had been less than herself since the whole Cassandra incident. And if that wasn't all, her relationship with Alexander had been less than itself since then as well. Roxy, along with being incredibly shaken up, had had an ever-present sense of guilt about her since then. She knew that she had done something to Alex, something that he wouldn't talk about with her. She knew that he felt like she wanted to leave him. If she was so in love with him, why would she choose to die? But that wasn't the case at all. When Roxy had made the decision to die, well to become as dead as vampires can be, she was only thinking of Alex. Cassandra had demonstrated just how ugly the demons of Alex's past were, and if they were going to hurt Alex because of the fact that he was with Roxy... Roxy couldn't risk that. She cared about him far too much to allow that to happen.
Unfortunately, Roxy knew that Alexander wasn't having her explanation. She had tried her hardest to explain it to him, but he was believing what he wanted to believe. It had left a somewhat awkward, thick tension between them. For the first time in awhile, Roxy had been sleeping in her dorm, and Alex in his. Though recently, Roxy hadn't been able to fall asleep until well after the sun had risen, sometimes not sleeping at all. It had been difficult for her. The idea of losing Alexander was... incredibly bone chilling. It was unsettling enough for her to spend her nights crying, only eating when she absolutely needed to. The idea that she was the cause of him being so unlike himself was tearing Roxy apart. She needed him back with her, the way they had been.
Though she was just about twenty, her birthday in a few days, Roxy had been thinking an awful lot about marriage lately. She'd never mention it to Alexander, though. Perhaps it was just a common girl thing to think about. In all honestly, Roxy really couldn't imagine herself with anyone other than Alexander for a long, long time. It was something that she wouldn't dare bring up to him. Apart from being viewed as young and naive, Roxy didn't know if Alexander ever wanted to be married, and she wondered if he already had been.
Her life had seemingly floated out of her control. Roxy had been feeling like she was an outsider, looking in on what her life should be for the past month. It had been a month of barely seeing Alex, crying herself to sleep, and asking Christopher desperately for advice. He hadn't been able to help her all that much, though. Christopher was having a hard enough time figuring out what was wrong with his beloved brother. The only thing she could seem to do was simply keep existing. She couldn't allow herself to completely shut down. Roxy knew that if she did, she couldn't bring herself back to her normal self. She had become restless in her dorm room. The girl had already cleaned it so that it was beyond spotless. She had done all of her homework that was due, even some that wasn't due for months. She had organized all of her clothes by color and type, and all of her shoes. Roxy had to keep herself busy.
Now that there was nothing for her to keep herself occupied with at the Academy, Roxy had decided to take a walk. The lights that lit up Paris were enough to take her mind off of things, even if just for a few seconds. The night wasn't cold, nor warm. It was a very comfortable mix that required the use of a jacket. It was Roxy's favorite type of weather, next to snow. The people on the sidewalks around her all seemed to be in their own little bubble; either conversation with someone who they were walking with, or completely ignoring everyone around them as they walked to wherever they were headed. At first, Roxy didn't notice it. She had been too immersed in thought. But then, a very familiar sensation filled Roxy's body. It started low, a mere tingle, and then it grew. A hum buzzed right near her heart, a vibration that warmed her whole body. She had fed from three different people, all willing donors, so she appeared very human. This vibration made Roxy look up, and through the crowd of moving people, all she could see was him.
More or less, he was an angel. Even in the night, the way the surrounding streetlights and such reflected off of his golden curls was enough to bring out the blond high lights, making them dazzle. His strong jaw, set with clenched teeth as he stared intently in the window shop. Even from seeing him from the side, Roxy could see the glittering brightness of his beautiful blue eyes. Among all of the other people on the crowded road, all she could see was him. It was enough for Roxy to audibly sigh, and stare for quite some time. She even forgot to breathe for a few minutes.
As if attracted by a magnet, Roxy moved towards Alexander, her heels not even making a sound on the cobblestone. She walked off the sidewalk, onto the street, and she came up to him from behind. Her soft hands withdrew themselves from the pockets of her long jacket, and Roxy moved gracefully until she was standing right behind him. His scent filled her senses, and the warm buzzing next to her heart was the strongest it had been in a month. A very soft sigh escaped Roxy's lips as she took the final step forward and put her hands on top of the smooth velvet of his jacket on either side of his waist. She rest her forehead against the back of his shoulder blade and Roxy closed her eyes, pressing her lips up against the material of his jacket. Her long, straightened black hair cascaded around her, hiding her face. She felt very overcome by emotions. Roxy had to squeeze her eyes closed, feeling that warm tingling in the mask of her face, a sign that she was soon to cry. Her hands moved further around his waist, slowly moving themselves down over the silky velvet, not moving away from his body until they found his hands, where they gracefully slipped into Alexander's and intertwined their fingers together. Roxy did not pick up her head. The only thing she could hear or feel was him. To her, no one else was on the street. No one else mattered.
