Basic Personality:
Once Mark gets an idea in his that he wants something or wants to do something he must carry through with it as best he can, even if he has to wait a while for the right opportunity to present itself (for example Mark would love to travel, but the closing off of London from the rest of the world has made that rather difficult so Mark will wait until he is able to get out of London, the want to travel will never leave his mind until it has been done). This at times can make Mark appear stubbourn and bull-headed but it's also this desire to get things done that makes him a good worker.
Mark can be a bit of a suck up at times, but not for the reasons most would think. He likes his job a lot and if keeping it means putting on a fake smile and complimenting his boss even when he doesn't want to then Mark will do it. But there's only so far he will go to garner somebody's favour.
What can be said, Mark has a soft spot for the ladies. Human and werewolf are his favourites but he'll spend time with a vampire as long as she doesn't try to bite him. His love for the fairer gender has stopped Mark from been in any long lasting relationship and he has broken his fair share of hearts. When he does find 'the one' for him Mark will devote himself to her and no-one else.

† Silence
: You that silence that comes when something bad has happened? You've been given bad news or done something wrong? When time slows down and all sound goes away. He hates it when it is there instead of the sound of big bangs, the sign that his explosives haven't gone off, the last thing he needs.
† Been Rushed
: Yes Mark and his team work on timed missions and their hits need to be done perfectly but when dealing with explosives you have to make sure everything is set up just right, that all the wire are all done up properly and nothing can go wrong and this can all take time. It isn't wise to rush the team to get the job done and the explosive set up because it could lead to something going wrong.
† His Team Been Threatend
: The two other members of Mark's team are like an adopted family. To threaten them will bring the danger of Marks knowledge down onto your head. But it wont be right away, Mark will take his time to retaliate, when he does you might one day find your car breaks are cut or there is a ticking noise in the package outside your front door. He probably wont kill you, but you can be sure that when Mark does get around to it you will be hurt.
† Been Caged (Metaphorically)
: If you were to stick Mark in a room but not give him anything to do Mark will start to go a little OCD. He'll rearrange the things, arrange the coins according to size, if there are books or papers laying around Mark will put them in order according to size (for the books) or stack the papers and make sure they're all inline. He's the kind of person who has to go outside every now and then or at least have something to do.
† Been Bored
: This ties in with Marks disliking of been caged up, nothing good comes of it. He becomes restless and fidgets with things. He'll start tearing bits of paper up into strips and unravelling loose threads, pretty much anything of a destructive nature. Which can be a bad thing since Mark knows how to blow things up his bordum can lead to him setting up small explosive devices underneath abandoned cars and houses.

: He knows the ins and outs of pretty much every bomb there is and some he's made himself.

: Pure and simple Mark is good at what he does and rarely do things go wrong when he's in charge.

: Even when everyone else is freaking out and running around like headless chooks Mark will be the one keeping calm and the one who has to difuse the situation before it gets those who are panicking into trouble. it annoys the shit out of some people who waste time trying to get him lose his temper to their faces.
† Detachment
: Mark is very good at not letting himself care about who or what it is he's been at as his mark. He has never questioned the morality of what he and his team do, he has never questioned whether it's right or wrong. To him it is simply what he does.
† Humour
: Mark can usually use humour and quick wit to get himself out of any situation he doesn't want to be in. Though it is bound to get him into trouble from time to time.

† Any female that Mark become close to he will get very prossessive and protective of her, not so much jealous of her been with other males but if he sees her getting ragged on by other males, or put into a place she doesn't want to be in Mark will come in and get her out.

† Even though the full moon has no sway over when a werewolf changes Mark always puts aside some time to go for a run in his wolf form when there is a full moon.

Choice of Clothing:Never one to be picky about his clothing he sticks to jeans and button up shirts mostly with the occasional jacket.

Sleek and glossy black fur covers Marks wolf body, save parts of his back where the tattoos lines are the thickest (down his spine and on his shoulders). He is a rather large wolf, using his size and aggression to intimidate his enemies and those who stand in his way. His long legs make him fast and he often uses jumps and twists to confuse and disorientate his perusers.

History:
Middle class family, sick father and a mother working two jobs to pay bills and provide food for a family of six really it's no wonder Mark and his brothers turned to crime to get the things they wanted. At first it was just small things like food and sweets but their sights soon turned to bigger things; clothing and electronics mostly which they then sold on the streets. Sure they got caught a few times but it only made the brothers determined to be more careful and covert about their dealings. Their patents never questioned where the extra money was coming from, prefering to simple be happy to have it even if it did come from crime.
This had started when Mark was only thirteen (his brothers been fifteen, seventeen and twenty) and for another ten or so years the four of them continued their little side jobs even upgrading to boosting cars and selling them parts. It all went pear shaped when the eldest brother was approached and offered a great desk if money to steal some guns an old human had stashed away in his house. Mark didn't like it, he had a bad feeling but went along anyway. They should have paid attention to Marks bad feeling because it had all been a set up. As soon as the boys were in the house the front door closed and four wolves attacked. Mark had been the only one to bring a gun a fact that saved his life and the life of one of his brothers. Eric and Kyle were dead as hit the floor their throats torn open. Jared was able to fend off his attacker with a knife by slashing the wolf across the face. Mark, been inexperienced with guns, wasn't able to get a shot off until the wolf had already bitten into his ribs. They had to leave the bodies of their two dead brothers behind as they ran bloody and exhausted they were able to make it to a hospital. One month later the two were going through thei first change together.
The lose of two of the family hit everyone hard but Mark most of all. He wanted nothing but revenge of the most violent kind. He sought out anyone who could teach him about exsplosives. It took him three years but by the end Mark was an expert in bombs and even after those years he still wanted revenge. With the help of his teacher Mark found the people who had murdered his brothers and got his desire for revenge fullfilled by blowing up the building they were in. Thr explosion gave him a release and a rush he had never felt before. From that day onward Mark was off blowing up abandoned cars, each car numbing the lingering pain of his loss.
For four years he went through life without purpose, just sleeping and drinking his way through existance. That was until a lovely young lady cane along and offered him a job working for a organisation called DOGS as an assassin of sorts. What else could he say but yes? He needed some kind of stability in his life. So for the last five years Mark has been an assassin with the help of two others who he has become quite close to, perhaps using them to replace his two dead brothers.
