Just a quick question. I understand that there are going to be advancements in medicine obviously but would there be some sort of 'cure' for cancer now? I'm wondering because Lexi is going to be diagnosed at some point in the near future and I want her to be very stubborn about the whole thing- as a cage fighter she could probably afford something only the very rich could afford after a few fights but it would be interesting to have her fight but not use the money on herself (and cause her very few loved ones much angst).

I'm also asking cos she does have a slight death wish and a cure would not help her long term plan...but it would make for some interesting posts if its there but she refuses to go for it ^^

I think, that there could be a trial-cure. Something that has been said to work, but has never actually been proven to work. That could make for some interesting plot ideas with your character, but would also leave it up to you if you wanted to cure her eventually.
