The world has gone to Hell. A vaccine was made to cure a new stran of influenza but something went wrong. People started to get sick; fevers, boils, sores and eventually death. The stragne thing was the the illness only affected those over a certain age, the teenagers and young adults of the world remained healthy. Within two years the world of man had stopped working as it should. Factories shut down, power plants failed and there were mass blackouts. Eventually there were only the children left.
The survivors made gangs to protect themselves and over time these gangs changed into tribes scattered across the lands. Four tribes stand out amungst the rest in our story - the Spades, Bloodstones, Diamonds and the Terrene.
Who knows if the virus is still in effect, will you die once you reach a certain age? or will you keep on living? Nobody knows for sure. You'll just have to keep on living.
