Basic Personality:
Kai is your typical young adult male; he loves going out to the pubs and bars of London when he has the time, loves seeing the local bands live and generally having a good time whenever he's not working. At the same time Kai works hard when he's on the job at the hospital in one of the labs. Kai can be very shy when meeting new people, preferring them to come up to him instead of him having to go to them and introduce himself. This is probably due to him having worked in a lab for most of his life where he rarely has contact with people except the few co-workers he has.
The times when he does go out Kai usually goes out alone, seeing it as that way he can spend the night or day doing whatever he wants without having to contend with satisfying other people and doing what they want to do. He's the kind of person who can spend hours just sitting out in the sun or walking with no purpose which can annoy some people who would rather have some structure or routine to their lives.

Wolf Appearance:
Dark brown fur covers most of his body. Down the back of his head and neck the fur is a more sandy blond colour due to the blond highlights in his hair. He is rather skinny looking but since he isn't one who goes looking to get himself into fights he's never thought that he needs muscle. As long as he can outrun and hide from his attacker he's fine.
Other:
He wears large leather wristbands which are large enough that they stay on during the change and when he is in his wolf form. He doesn't mind that it makes him stand out from the other wolves since when he is in his wolf form rarely and only when alone.

History:
Kai never had any choice in what his life would be like, the day he was born he was destined to live in a world of prejudice, hate and fear. Kai was born a werewolf, a pure-blood as some would call him and his family but that would be like calling someone born a human a pure-blood human, it never made any sense to him. What did it matter what his bloodline was? He still wanted to work, earn money and just have a normal life just like everyone else. He tried to hide what he was, used meditation to keep his anger under control so that he didn't accidentally snap and start changing right in front of some people just because they'd ticked him off royally. He never wanted the fact that he is a werewolf to get in the way of him getting a job or been friends with someone.
Kai had always been interested in the workings of things, mainly how the human, werewolf and vampire body worked. Because of this he went into a scientific line of work, with intentions to become a doctor or surgeon but was constantly knocked back mainly because the higher-ups didn't feel comfortable working around a werewolf when doing surgery (for some reason they thought he'd snap around the blood and body parts and go all feral and start snacking on the patient).
The closest job to his dream job Kai could get was working as a lab tech at the local hospital, working with blood and tissue samples of murder or suicide victims to find out how they died. It's not the most glamorous of jobs and he hate his boss with a passion but at the moment what else is there? He still hides what he is, perhaps there is slight resent in what he is. If he'd been human he would have gotten that job as a surgeon.
