† Personality †
Basic Personality:
Will certainly has more courage than sense. Things that should by all rights frighten him just doesn't anymore, or perhaps, never had. Mortal danger, supernatural terrors, they don't seem to make him bat an eye. Maybe he's just iron willed, or he has a muted flight instinct, but the fact of the matter is, he's a product of a poor upbringing.
Though its not fair to rule out that he might just be incredibly stupid. Will often slips into bouts of heroism. Threatening life and limb to be of assistance to those who need it. He's suicidal, but can't bring himself to kill himself directly, so he's hoping to let happenstance do the hard-work for him.
He goes about life biting off more than he can chew. And makes some rather dumb decisions. He loves to show off. Displaying acts of daring-do to wow and amaze. Really he's a bit of a jackass, but he isn't all bad, there's a charming, tramp-like appeal to him. A lot of it is that he's a giant dork who trying hard to seem cool. The sort that laughs first and always laughs loudest... the one with the good stories. The type you'd want to go hang out with you at the bar.
Will is incredibly easy-going, taking everything in stride. Surprisingly nothing riles him up,. He just sports a big simple grin and lets things pan out as they will. He's figured out that everything in his life after this point will be as miserable as possible, so he got over it. He can't do anything about it, so he puts on a good facade for the crowds.
Though its hard to tip Will over the edge, when he finally does get angry, he's dangerous, often violent in both word and action, he won't normally settle down until he completely runs out of steam...which takes some time.

Build: Slim and wiry mostly, but extremely muscular through the arms and shoulders.
Piercings/Scars/Tattoos: Multiple, but none worth mentioning. Missing a molar or two.
Appearance:
Willem is a lean muscular young man who's build obviously comes from a stretch hard physical work. He appears more top heavy from heavy lifting than if he had been trying to work out. His face is very fair complexioned, with a well pointed nose with a less prominent arch, but its there. With deep set, navy blue eyes and expressive eyebrow that follow the edge of his brow ridge, giving him a puppy dog look. Though he's often sporting a dippy grin, he doesn't often flash much teeth to company, mostly due to some chips and one back molar that decided to go AWOL. His jaw line is well set and strong, a bit more classical in information than what is found attractive these days, accented with a bit of a mottled five o'clock shadow. His scruffy and dirty blond hair falls in clumps to his chin, sometimes idly toyed back behind his ears, but most of the time the boy doesn't really bother, allowing it to fall in face and obscure his vision.
Other than that but he's not in very good shape, riddled with old scars, cuts, bruises and a handful strawberry burns on his person. Like he fought a one man war with himself and lost. The rest of him in a mess, torn flannels, stained white tee-shirts and jeans. A worn pair of Docs Martens. Nothing fancy, the wardrobe of the teenage disenfranchised...but there is one thing about Will to note, his hygiene seems to have taken to holiday. There's a noticeable earthy scent to him, and he doesn't look like he's washed as of late.
† History †
History:
Will's life started when his parents made an alcohol induced mistake. Something his mother wasn't all too pleased with. However, instead of a much shorter existence, upon birth, he was given to his father to be cared for...
Life was pretty normal for Will growing up, ignorant of things going on. Lou and Alexander were still on again and off again, even though Will's mother was never in the picture. It wasn't until a new baby sister showed up that things started to concern young Will. In reality, other than on-again, off-again lovers, Will's parents were business partners. The nature of their business was something that was less than savory. Though it was far from Will to understand that. All he knew was something was wrong.
However, life went on, however roughly. Will was cute, but abnormally naughty and had a hard time holding still, the poster board child for Ritalin. Though his naughtiness was not due to any actual malicious intent on his behalf, Will was a curious boy with the social skills that god graced a turnip. There was precious little that he wouldn’t ask about, touch, poke, walk around or somehow manhandle. He was a little trail of destruction, his curiosity causing him to toy and tinker with everything and leave no stone unturned, so to say. Sure things would be broken, but that was part of the experience, right? But he was barely reprimanded, his father delighted in everything that he did, and just didn't know what to do with him even if he didn't.
But even with all the patience that Will's dad had, couldn't help Will or his sister in the slightest when things feel apart. Still smitten with Lou, Alex eventually took the fall for her when an arrangement went foul. With outstanding warrants for his arrest in the states, he was deported for further trials.
Will didn't much appreciate that he was right about strangeness but with his father incarcerated in the states, and his mysterious mother nowhere to be found, his sister and him found themselves wards of the state. While his sister Anne who was always better behaved herself thrived, Will began to act out. Feeling abandoned by his father he started to just stop caring.
While unruly as a child, he grew to be a holy terror in adolescence. Many of his teachers deemed him unable to be taught. He was a slacker, the class clown and that ass who snored to loudly behind you in 5th period. His grades were less than stellar. As soon as he was able he drank like a fish, he stole what he wanted, and among his group of friends did nothing but perform “Stupid Human Tricks” much like the TV shows they watched on The Music Television Channels. It was a miracle that he survived his youth at all. His friends were the castoffs of London. The strange and somewhat tragic losers that always felt fit to smoke in the restroom. Between them they tried to bet on what they could or could not survive. Will would put most anything on the line.
He was often in trouble and on the wrong side of the law. Even at a young age he was in and out of correctional programs to little or no avail. Though he was often lauded as a nice enough boy but a hopeless case, Will just couldn't keep himself on the straight and narrow, it didn't take long before his frustrations turned to apathy, he knew there was no way he would succeed at life, so he decided to just enjoy himself since no one thought he was worth anything. He stopped going to school all together, avoided his foster home like the plague and eventually, he sort of just faded off the radar. Will was marked down as one of the many kids that just fell between the cracks of the social system.
On the streets, Will became a whole different animal. The real world caught up to him quickly, and he had less time to enjoy himself like he once did, he took a job as docker, loading heavy freight for fine London shops. He became privy to where the best places to crash were, and how to make a few extra bucks winning fights or generally just showing off. It wasn't glamorous but it worked for him.
That was until he started to loiter around an antique shop too long, mostly to pilfer the complimentary coffee and sugar cubes, but also as a lean in to keep out of the cold. Really Will never expected to actually catch anyone's attention. Never mind the shop-keep who kept asking too many questions. But still Will kept visiting, mostly amused by how crazy the guy was, enjoying attention that wasn't bad attention for once. The two become a family of a sort with the older man taking on a fatherly role...at trying to keep Will out of trouble...
Which Will tries his best to do the same.
