Health Problems: Rasiel had leukemia as a human, so his immune system seems to be weak for some reason, even as a wolf. And ever since his brother “killed” him, he’s been very wary of his reflection. He cannot be around mirror’s or he goes completely insane, much like his brother does with royal blood. He also suffers from Anxiety.
† Personality †
Basic Personality: Rasiel is almost nothing like his brother, beyond the fact that he too likes to hunt. He is afraid of a lot of things, like the sight of his own blood, pictures of himself, and mirrors. Anything that represents himself and his brother. What happened between them all of those years ago scares the hell out of him and he doubts he will ever get over it.
Other than his dislike of anything that represents his brother, he is plagued by anxiety and is often very jittery. He twitches randomly and stutters a lot. Most think he is very unstable, however he is somewhat sane. He is very good at giving orders to people under him, or people he thinks are under him.
He’s not very kind, and pretty childish, but when compared to his kill happy brother, Rasi is much softer at heart. He is more willing to compromise without blood. He’s pretty afraid of blood. Though when he’s in his wolf form, none of that matters, as he is just as bad, if not worse, than Bel.

Skin Color: A little on the pale colorless side.
Hair Color: His hair is a pale ashy blonde color, much like his brother’s.
Eye Color: A shade of blue that’s closer to the color of the sky than the silvery blue of his brother.

Choice of Clothing: Much like his brother he has a bit of an eccentric taste in clothing. Instead of the darker colored coat his brother has, his is a cream color, with a ridge of fur all along the top, also, he has a tiara as well. His pants are black, and his shirt is usually straight white as well. He will sometimes wear a black cape with the same ridge of fur along it instead of the cream colored jacket.
Wolf Appearance: His wolf form has ashy silver fur, which is a little longer than usual. He is smaller than most, being so young, though it was amazing that he made it as far as he has.
Other: Rasiel is short, like Bel, is probably only around 5’6”. His personality will probably expand as I play him.
† History †
History: A long time ago, the Millefiore family started. They were higher nobles of Italian decent, though they moved to a far off country to claim their title as heirs. This started with his grandfather, that met his grandmother in the country that they were to rule. The two of them had children of their own, and soon enough, somewhere down the road came Belgephor and Rasiel.
The twin boys were seen as a gift. Bel was the more eccentric of the two, where as Rasiel was more into studying. He grew to be rather smart, but history smart, not in fighting style, so no matter what, his brother would always win a physical fight, but Rasi would win a psychological argument.
After some time, while they were six or so, Bel began his unhealthy habit of fascination with sharp pointy objects. But that fascination grew even more unhealthy when he thought up a reason to stab Rasiel, over 26 times. This should have killed him, but after his parents dragged him away, they began to heal his wounds, finding some old herbs and bandages.
Bel was sent away to live on his own, but Rasiel stayed with his parents, learning of their history and eventually, when his condition grew too harsh for him to bare, his parents changed him into their kind.
Now, he has been stalking his brother, tracking him for years until finally he landed himself in London, preying only on one person… Bel.
Mother/Father: Unknown by name, only know that they are Royalty in some far off country.
