Basic Personality: Jess is mainly strange, quiet, and nice. She can take control and lead a group quite well, since she does it every day, but is just as content letting someone else lead if they'd do a better job. Around strangers and at work she tries to keep her oddity to a minimum, but around friends and family her quirky personality shines/sparkles/glitters/flashes like a siren. She's patient and rarely gets too upset, although she does have a breaking point, which only the most annoying or rude people reach.

†History:†
History:
Jessica Cyrille was born and raised in the States, specifically Montana, to a very nice pair of werewolves. Her hometown was a small farming community inhabited by both werewolves and humans, who worked together during harvesting season to get the job done. There was still tension between the two races, but overall they got along. In fact, Jess made several human friends during childhood and still keeps in touch with them.
Her childhood wasn't too tragic or exotic; she helped out when help was needed, excelled in school, and was raised to respect others. When she was little one of her brothers died in infancy, but she doesn't really remember the incident and has plenty of siblings. As stated before she excelled in her schoolwork, graduated at the top of her class in high school, and went on to attend Brown University, where she majored in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry. She graduated in the top 10%, which came to no surprise.
Jess would've gladly stayed in the states had not a London-based research company, GenTech, contacted her and offered her a job working in their labs. She jumped at the opportunity and moved to London. It's been nearly fifteen years, and she's now leading one of the labs and living in a small house in Westminster. Her house, furniture, and car are all quite modest, and she likes it that way. She doesn't care for all the flashiness her neighbors seem to enjoy so much.
Mother/Father: Sarah(74) and Johnathan(70) Cyrille, both werewolves, both alive
Siblings: 2 brothers, 3 sisters, all werewolves, all alive; Kyle(older, 43), Nathaniel(younger, 30), Felicity(younger, 27), Lucy(younger, 22), and Catherine(younger, 16); 1 dead brother, Harold, died in infancy, would be younger(32)
Offspring: None
Other: Jess also has aunts/uncles, cousins, nieces/nephews, and two sets of grandparents scattered over the US. No family in London.

Jessica sighed as the genome sequences flashed by onscreen, each little A, C, T, and G blending together into a blob of color as they passed her weary eyes. She was currently trying to sequence an entire strand of vampire DNA, since werewolf and human had been done previously, the latter much earlier than the former, well before End Day. Once that was done she could compare the three and see exactly what made each of the species so different. However, the sequencing process would still take months, and many more months of deciphering exactly what genome did what would take years. Since she was a werewolf, though, she had plenty of time.
After a few minutes of watching the screen Jess stood up, stretched her aching back, and walked around the lab to check on her subordinates. Most of them were college students, and mostly werewolves at this time of night, but there was a vampire or two, and last year there was a human student in her lab. Personally she didn't care; intelligence and skill mattered more to her then species and social rankings. Science took all who were able and willing. Kind of like the army, except with less dying and a slightly looser dress code.
A few hours and a minor explosion later Jess saw off the students, locked up, and headed for her little blue sedan. She didn't notice a dark figure in the shadows of the lab building, not even when it started to follow her to the car; baths, dinners, and a bed were on her mind. She was alerted to the figure's presence only after she had reached her car, when she noticed it behind her. She turned around, but before should could reach the handgun in her purse the figure pounced, sharp fangs digging into her neck.
Jess kind of felt sorry for the vampire, especially when the poor guy stumbled back in shock, taking a piece of her neck with him. The wound quickly began to heal, but her attention was more on the vampire that had attacked her, who was now walking like a human who had one too many drinks.
"Do you need any help?" Jess called as he stumbled towards another building, which she think hosted a drug testing lab that had in-lab testing and housing for the patients. After he was helped inside be an orderly she got in her car and drove away, deciding not to report the incident. Probably just some confused drugged-up patient who got out of the clinic.
