Tosh: Ok, so guess what!? That tyrant asshole Liam has said that I can take off the collar, but only in ONE THREAD! Now yes that sucks cause we all know everyone loves Tosh and his randomness, ^^ but at least we get to have some fun here! ^^ Ok so basically every thread like this need's rules right? Right. So here's the rules;
