Moving on. the Head of Intel needs friends enemies, but no ex lovers. She hasn't ever had one, so obviously, that can't exist.

Ze thoughts-
Example:
C r i s ; Upstart. I do believe I stole his position from him. Apparently, he was eying the position of Family Head of Intel, but the Head graciously gave it to me. I've also discovered he doesn't much like humans in general. Big surprise. In short, we don't really get along. If he doesn't watch his step, I'll get him on insubordination. Idiot is looking for a way to get me fired, so he an have my spot. He can't have me killed, or kill me, because it'd cost him his life.

I swear I squee-d when I read your character's Bio. Kyou and Win-Win are so very similar it's tasty. I need to plot with you or I may explode.
We could meet via the cats. My felines seem to be disappearing, and I want to know who the hell is stealing them. I enter your domain in search of a particular calico that's my favorite. We meet. I would rather they be friends. Possibly a relationship. I want to start with a grudging acknowledgment of each other first, though. They share interests. Maybe the reason my calico left me was because you make her favorite meal, and she wants some. I notice that you make the same thing I feed my cat. Something like that?
Also, when they get close enough, if they ever do, Kyou will call Winter Win-Win. I need it. Either way, out of character Winter is now Win-Win.

XD I totally squeed reading yours too, if that's any consolation..XD I was totally going to PM you about it..xD Rapiers and cats.
I love it happening through cats! Winter has a dozen of them... XD It doesn't seem like she'd have much of a reason to dislike him, so I think they'd probably be friends.
As for further bonding, I think it would be funny if she saw his rapier collection. XD So, the question is, would you like to start it off looking ofr the cat, or should I, with a new cat?
Winter; Win... win... I can...tolerate that I suppose. As long as it isn't Winny. Or Rinny.

The closest to Winny he'll get is Win-chan or Win-win-chan or just Win-win, and that's only if they become close friends. If she doesn't like the suffix chan, they may have a bit of a tiff until he explains what it means, I suppose.
And I'm fine with either option. I think it might be a little more comical for you to start by finding a cat, and then me barging into your home, but if you'd rather not start, I'm fine with doing so.
