IC Cbox

Well, ok this isn’t anything important is just more of a suggestion thing I have. Well a friend recommended a while I go that I get one of those IC boxes for the site, it’s basically a Cbox where your rp in character for those who don’t know. But the only thing that is necessary is speech. Basically a Cbox for characters to chat. Ok, now I know that explanation was horrible but, meh sorry. Anyway it’s great for when you have low muse and well it would be quicker and easier for a plot or whatnot, if you prefer that, it can also, well give you a break from actual rping, ‘specially if your like Kree that tends to bit a bit too much of a perfectionist when it comes to plot. Thing is I don’t want to have one unless it’s going to be used, go figure, rofl. So that’s the question, to be or not to be? Rofl.

I think it would be fun to have one, but we would really have to work out all of the bugs of having an IC chat. I have been on a few sites where such things are allowed, but there tends to be a lot of problems with them. Unless you have one where you can make seperate rooms, everyone is in on whatever plot you may be trying to think up, and that may or may not be a good thing.

However, it is a good thing for the more amateur RP'ers to use in order to get more into their characters heads. So I dunno. I like the idea, but it would have to be worked on a nit, and by no means should it replace the existing cbox. Make a board just for the IC chat. It's a bit of a hassle, but it would probably be worth it.

Ohnooo from the start the ic box was going to be a link, two Cboxes not only slow the loading of the site but kinda screw it up to and I know what you mean that's why I'm leaving the desicion to the members ^^; rofl

I'm in favor of it. Serious, secret plotting can still be done via PM. But this, would be good for inspiration, and just a bit of fun. We usually call them IC OOCboxes, because soemtiems characters act a little OOC, comapred to IC. It's inspirational, and conducive to figuring out how characters interact.
