Just because he works in the lab doesn't mean Kai doesn't know how to take care of himself when in a fight, having an assassin as a boyfriend kinda helped too. Cross had taught him a few things about using the attackers weight against them and moves to disarm them. As always Kai carries with him his shoulder bag of needles and vials, each one containing a different chemical mixture. Presently Kai is standing over the body of a man he has just shot with bullets that have a hollow tip that breaks apart on impact and releases a small amount of his own blood into the person blood stream. He only used these bullets on vampires though, he was not going to risk his blood accidently turning someone if that was even possible. The vampire on the ground had attacked him from behind, a cowadly move in his opinion, though he understood that Cross needed to do it since his job relied largly on sneaking up on his targets. He hadn't had time to find out what the vampire wanted exactly, probably mistook him for a helpless human, with his rather scrawny appearance it isn't a hard mistake it make.
While the vampires lays on the ground in pain from the werewolf blood been carried through its body Kai searches through his bag and takes out a syringe containing a red substance, popping off the plastic cap Kai kneesl down beside the vampires and pushes the needle tip through the creatures neck then slowly pushes down the plunger to inject the liquid into the bloodstream. "The amount I put into you should do it's job within an hour or so. See if you'd attacked me from the front then I'd have just killed you outright but you had to be a coward and attack from behind so this is no-one's fault but your own". Carefully he puts the emptied syringe back into his bag, into a litte compartment for used needles.
As he stands up and turns away he can hear the vamprie start to writhe in pain. Kai is not a particulary violent person, but he is can be very nervous and jumpy when out on his own. The vampire had been lucky Kai wasn't carrying one of his guns, just a knife. As soon as the vampire had said a word and touched him Kai had spun around and made a nice deep gash across the vampires chest, then after a slight pause he'd done it again. He may not be strong but Kai is fast and sometimes that can be more of an advantage than strength. He has no fears of anyone finding out it was him who killed the vampires, the guy didn't look like he had any kind of high standings anywhere, more like a junkie if he had been human. Besides, he had been a borne werewolf so there are no records of him anywhere; no fingerprints or DNA samples.

Aramanatha Live for the night, Sleep for the fun...Arama watched from a distance away, even though with her improved sight she could have been stood right in the centre of the action and not missed one bit. She stood on top of a building on the border of the decrepid park, stood tall as to see through the dead trees better. She crossed her arms as the guy in question crouched down close to her little soldier, eyes tightening as something glinted and caught her interest. She looked away as the vampire began writhing in pain, worse than before, again and the evil guy walked off. She waited whilst he walked away, and jumped off the building. She landed as lightly as she could, looking around to check she hadn't been seen. She stood up straight and fixed her hair, moving a strand back behind her ear.
Then she heard the vampire moan in agony. She ran, vampire style (quick and unseen), to his side. She grabbed his hand and looked him in his eyes, bloodshot and filled with pain. His face looked paler than it ever had before. He pulled her close and whispered an agonizing apology in her ear. Arama sat back and looked him dead in the eye. She placed both her hands on the side of his head and leaned close, as if to kiss him. Then, stopping a few inches away, she said "You should be sorry." and she snapped his head off, jumping back so no blood touched her. She dropped the head and turned to look at where the werewolf had wandered off to. She spotted him quickly, with that rediculous shoulder bag. Talk about a fashion disaster... she thought as she began to follow him.
She watched the way he walked, trying to get a pace on him, coming up with a plan to attack. Issac had attacked from behind. Bad idea. She took a sharp right and arced around him to get infront of him. She crossed her arms and snarled, the stench of wet dog hitting her. "You killed one of my favourite toys back there. Not that I'm complaining or anything but you could have apologized." she snapped, eyeing the scrawny human looking thing with intense eyes.

He could hear movement behind him but payed it no attention, assuming it to be simply the vampire going through the final stages of his death. The thick stench of vampire blood suddenly fills the air, this made him worry a little since he had given the vampire no wounds that could bleed enough to make the smell of the creatures blood fill the air. He looks behind him but sees nothing but the vampires body and he is too far away to notice that he is now missing his head. When Kai turns his head back around to face where he had been walking a quick gasp of surprise comes from him at the sight of the female vampire who has appeared in front of him. Frankly Kai thought he had gotten lucky on winning the fight against the previous vampire who was obviously weak and not in his right mind, this one however looks strong and well fed.
Gathering himself together Kai looks at Arama. "I'm not going to apologise for killing him, he attacked me. I was just acting in self defence". Though he speaks the truth his voice lacks conviction and it can easily be told that now he's facing a vampire that is of greater strength than the one he had killed Kai is nervous. He is not strong, he is not a fighter. He works in his lab most days making new poisons and sedatives for the assassins of WFTW. He grips the strap of his bag tightly, he'd smash everty syringe and vile in the bag before he let it fall into the hands of a vampire or even a human you never know people are working with and some of his concoction are deadly against vampires and werewolves; bullets containing acid that is released when the metal slug enters the body, bullets that have an explosive charge in them, clear liquids that can be be mixed in with drinks and contain trace amounts of werewolf and vampire blood.
He backs up a little to get away from the vampire. "Look I'm clearly no threat to you. Just some scrawny wolf you can't even fight. Would be too easy to take me down and I know that you vampires do often like a challenge when it comes to taking down your targets".

Aramanatha Arama watched the wolf pester with his bag and step back, trying to get away from her. She smiled, her fangs gleaming in the pale light. She stepped forward, closing the gap between the enemies slightly. She laughed spitefully and looked the wolf deep in the eye. "You have no idea who your messing with dog. I know who you are, and whats in your bag. And you became my target the minute you killed my friend. Now hand over the bag, and I wont hurt you." she said, holding out her hand to the wolf.
She cocked her head to the side and tok 3 more steps forward. "Come on, I haven't got all night and I'm starting to get annoyed." Arama snapped, almost taking off forward to snag the bag herself. She decided against that idea though, that would play right into his hands and give him the chance to attack her. She rolled her eyes and motioned again with her hand, taking another step forward to get her point across.

"Don't call me that!". No werewolf liked been called 'dog' and it is a sure fire easy way to get one riled up. He takes a breath to calm himself. "We are not dogs, incase you haven't noticed we're able to take human form which a normal dog would not be able to do". There's no point trying to argue a vampire out of calling a werewolf 'dog' or 'mutt' or any other colourful variations of the insult. His grip on the bag strap tightens again as she steps closer, the sight of her fangs glinting in the light not helping him any. "He shouldn't have snuck up on me and tried to do... Whatever he was going to do. Why do you want the bag? Even if you got your hands on it there's no way you'd be able to figure out what the stuff is made out of".
Her steps bring Arama almost nose to nose with Kai, a fact that makes his breathing become a little shakey. "You're not getting the bag. I will crush every bottle and syringe I have in it before I give it to you. For all you know it could have some kind of explosive in it or something". He was bluffing about that, though if he got out of this with the bag it's certainly something he'd think about adding. Just a small explosive he can detonate from a distance should he ever become separated from the bag by force. Every time the vampires came closer Kai could feel the urge to start the change come over him, but it would take too long and during it he'd be open to attack from her.You can't change, you don't have enough time to go through it.

Aramanatha Arama tutted and dropped her hand at his denial. She shook her head and walked slightly away, she crossed her arms and looked at the wolf out the corner of her eye. "I know there isn’t a bomb in the bag. It‘s one of my jobs to know things. And you refusing to give me the bag is making my job harder." She looked at her hands, bunched against her arms where they were crossed and she flexed them. She smiled, the thought of attacking him making her adrenalin build. She could feel it inside her like a bubble getting bigger and bigger. She had a plan of attack… sort of. She turned to face the guy with her hands on her hips. "I just need the bag. That‘s all. I mean, you couldn‘t take me on, not at all. Your too scrawny and weak. Not my type of wolf. I like big bulky wolves who put up a fight, but you… You wouldn‘t stand a chance." and with that she pounced at the guy, aiming to knock him flat over and knock the bag away from his shoulder.

Kai never thought that she'd believe him about there been any kind of explosive in the bag, but in his mind it was at least worth a try to get her from hounding him for the bag. "Why do you want the bag anyway? There can't be things that are so important to you in them. It's just chemicals that we made up in the lab, anyone with the means can do it". She was right about one thing, he wouldn't be able to take her on. She was probably faster than him and had experience in how to fight properly. Kai had never been taught by any one how to fight, and when in his wolf form it was only instinct that kept him from seriously hurting himself. She's right. You're weak and scrawny. You couldn't hold your own in a real fight if your life depended on it. His thoguhts are suddenly broken by the force of the vampire pouncing onto him, causing Kai to stumble backwards a bit, his foot catch on a loose piece of grass and he falls backwards landing on his back, the glass in the bag clinking as the bag hits the ground. "You crazy bitch"

Aramanatha Arama landed with a bump on top of the wolf, her hands holding him down by the shoulders. She smiled innocently, a remarkable contrast to the way she acted two seconds ago, and she shrugged. She heard the glass clink as the bag landed on the grass. The potions inside should still be okay. She took a quick glance at the bag, estimating if it was safe to grab. She fixed her position better, so her knee was on his chest and she could pin him there without hassle. "Now, you see. Told you, too scrawny and weak. You need to beef up a bit." she added sarcastically, reaching round to feel his arms where the muscles of a werewolf should be. She tutted and shook her head, as if she was disappointed, which frankly she wasn’t. It was rare to come across such a weak wolf. She eyed him carefully, looking at his features. She leaned closer, taking in his light eyes and his darkish hair. She smiled, holding her breath to save herself from the horrible stench of wet dog. "It’s a shame you’re a wolf. You‘d make a great vampire play thing…" she said, leaning back and eyeing the surroundings. Everything seemed in order, and her eyes rested on the shoulder bag. She reached for it, trying to keep as much weight in her knee so she could multi-task getting the bag and keeping him down.

He had disliked been close to Arama before but now that she is leaning over him Kai just wants to get as far away from her as possible. His breathing becomes slightly laboured when she puts her knee on his chest, the weight of it not allowing him to take proper breaths and so lessening the amount of oxygen getting into his lungs because unlike Arama, Kai has to breath. He looks up at her. Vampires always said that werewolves smelt of dog, but he'd never been able to pick up on it. Perhaps because he was used it from been around wolves his whole life and been one himself. "I'd rather taste your blood than be a toy for you or any of your kind, bunch of parasites living off the lives of others. Don't even have a heartbeat or the need to breath. People call us freaks but at least we're alive". Kai feels her weight shift a little and turns his head to see her reaching for the bag. With her knee still on his chest there isn't really much he can do to stop her getting a hold of the bag, all he can do is move his hand a little, his fingers digging into the soft dirt.

Aramanatha Arama froze and twisted to look at the weakling beneath her. What he‘d just said caught her by surprise. She smiled sadistically as she eyed her wrist. "Well, if you‘d rather taste my blood, I can arrange it." she said, as she raised her wrist to her mouth and ripped into the skin slightly. She felt the faint pinprick of pain and the trickle of blood. She lowered her wrist and eyed the red substance. She licked her lips, the coppery taste filling her mouth. She lowered her wrist to him and cocked her head. "So, go ahead. Try it. You never know, you might like it, and then we got a little werewolf with a blood addiction running around." she laughed and kept her wrist close to his face a few more minutes before raising it to her mouth to clean the wound. She turned and managed to grab the bag this time. She opened it up and rummaged through it, the vials seeming too uninteresting which bothered Arama a lot. She expected them to glow different colours, but they really were dull. She took one out and shook it, the liquid inside shook and settled. She put it away again and looked down at the being beneath her. "Maybe after this you‘ll work out a little bit, get some muscle and come looking for a fight. I‘ll look forward to seeing you soon." she said, giving him a wink quickly. She swapped her position quickly, allowing him only a second of freedom before she was stood straight and her foot was on his upper chest. "Oh, and before I forget, we do have hearts. Their just made of stone. And at least we don‘t rummage through bins to get our dinner. I look forward to our next encounter Kai." she said, keeping him down so she could pick up the bag.

The sight of the red liquid been held above his face makes his heart rate practically skyrocket. He knew damn well that vampires blood is poison to a werewolf. Small amounts would make a wolf terribly sick but enough of it in a werewolves system and it'll outright kill. And from what he has heard it's not a quick death either; death by vampire blood is slow and painful, more painful than the change. In the time that Arama has her wrist held over his face he can feel a few drops of the blood drop onto his cheek, his chin and neck. At least he could be glad that vampire blood has no affect of the skin of werewolves like acid. He didn't dare open his mouth while her wrist is bleeding, but oh how he wanted to speak to her. Instead he simply stays quiet, held down against the ground by her knee. Of course having to keep his mouth shut also means that Kai has to breath through his nose, which results in him not getting in as much oxygen into his lungs than if he were breathing through his mouth.
When Arama does finally move away her bleeding wrist and clean it up Kai opens his mouth a little and takes a deep breath as he can with her knee still pressing down on his lungs. He could tell that she was disappointed with the contents of the bag, her disappointment makes him smile and he even manages to laugh. "Not what you were expecting?". "Or maybe I should just shoot or stab all vampires I see before they have a chance to do anything, I like the sound of that option better". Another wolf might have taken that chance of releif from the pressure of her foot to make a move to attack and overpower the vampire but Kai just wanted her to leave and have this all over and don with. "Oh fuck you. I do not go throguh garbage bins looking for food. I eat food brought from a store".

Aramanatha Arama laughed and looked down at Kai, not putting up a fight at all was boring her. She slung the bag over her shoulder and looked around. "Oh, a sophisticated werewolf. Very, very rare. I bet you don’t transform a lot either, prefer being human all the time." she said, eyeing him carefully. She moved her foot and took a few steps away. She crossed her arms and watched him out the corner of her eye. "Listen, pup, you have to realize you‘ll have to do a lot worse to keep a vampire down. And sooner or later, the wolf inside you will get worse, and you‘ll feel it. Howling for it‘s freedom, wanting to be able to use instinct instead of judgement. And then, it‘ll end up eating you alive." She finally turned and faced him. "I‘ve seen it before. People who think they can control the wolf, stay human and live normal lives. But it ends up the other way round." She took a step towards Kai and smiled. "It was nice while it lasted, Kai. If you ever fancy another chance at beating me," she said, withdrawing a card from her pocket, which showed a droplet of blood and her contact details, "give me a nice long howl." She grabbed his hand, the warmth shooting up her arm, contrasting with the coldness of her own skin, and she placed it inside the palm. She winked at him once, before skipping past him, with the shoulder bag tight against her shoulder.

"You're right I do prefer my human form rather than my wolf body. It takes too much time to go through the change and it's painful, not something that I want to go through that often even though I was born into it you never get used to the breaking bones and rearranging organs". Kai sits up little when Arama removes her foot from his chest. He didn't want to admit it but she was right. The longer he resisted going into his wolf form the more he could feel the urge getting stronger and stronger. It was like something clawing to get out of his chest. To feel the wind rushing past his hears, through his fur, the whole world blurring around him. Every night he felt it, it was at its worst when the moon was full, even though it held no sway over his change the full moon just made the want to change increase. Kai looks at her. "I'm not going to end up like one of thoes wolves who stays in their wolf form for years and forget what it means to be human".
"If you hear a howl it's not something you should be glad about". He didn't want to touch her, but he had to when Arama put her calling card in his hand. He takes it off of her and puts it in his jeans pocket. He stays sitting on the ground for a momemt as she skips past him. anger slowly bubbles up in his mind. Growling, Kai quickly stands up and turns to face her back.He was free of the weight of the bag now, he could move a little faster. Even though he isn't in his wolf form Kai can feel that instinct to attack the vampire come over him. Drawing his knife Kai suddenly runs up behind the vampire and holds the edge of the knife against the side of Arama's throat. "I might not be able to beat you up but I'll do my best to cut you up".

Aramanatha Arama heard him get up as she skipped away, with her haul of goodies. She did not however, estimate he would draw his knife and run after her and hold it to her throat. She stopped dead, the knife glinting slightly in the corner of her eye. She heard his little rant about trying to cut her up and looked around, checking no-one was close enough to see this. She turned to face him, the knife still there but barely touching her neck. "I really wouldn‘t do that if I was you." she said, her eyes connecting with his for an instant. She then looked down at the bag, then back up at Kai. "So, what now? You gunna take the bag or kill me first?" she asked, a smirk playing on her lips as she took a tiny step forward, the knife slightly dug into her neck but not enough to draw blood. She stepped back again, and the red line from the knife remained. She folded her arms and waited for his judgement.

Kai watches her turn around, his hand shaking a little. "I would love to drive this knife into your neck, cut it open and just watch all your blood drain. I would love to do that more than anything else, but i won't because I killing you would not do me any good. You obviously have connections and I do not want to bring those connections down on my head. But at the same time I can't let you get away with that bag, at least not with all of its contents. If you give me back some of the vials then I'll let you go". He couldn't take her on if Arama chooses to put up a fight, but he hopes that if she does he can at least stab her, weaken her a little. In his own mind Kai isn't all that sure that he could do the things that are running through his head.Like she said, he was weak. Not a fighter at all. He had no muscle, no strength. What could he possibly do to her? Arama is probably older than him. He may be 160 years old but even a vampire five years older than him could be stronger.
