She had not expected Art to have such strong opinions on vampire/werewolf rights. Most humans preferred not to get involved in such things that were way out of their league. They had no way to protect themselves against the potential backlash their opinions may get them after all. At first, she had thought Art was the atypical vampire-hater, after all, his past experiences with her kind were not spectacular after all. "I'm pleasantly surprised to find you so open-minded, Art." Michaela said honestly, although worried that his opinions may get him into trouble one day.
He smiled at her, and Michaela couldn't help but smile back - a close-lipped smile, her fangs hidden. "I'll eat, I promise." She said in amusement. He seemed rather interested in how her own immortal body functions. Contrary to common belief, vampires could stomach a little human food. She liked to eat - a lot. If she got tired of London, she'll probably travel around the globe, trying out some of the more exotic of human delicacies (and she didn't mean the humans themselves).
She followed silently as they walked to his parked car. It was hidden in a discreet location, something he had in mind. He seemed honest when he said that he enjoyed talking to her, that it was a nice change. She didn't know why, but she liked this feeling - this feeling of being liked. "Well, I have to say, Art, I wouldn't mind bumping into you again." She was tempted to joke around and say, "I promise I won't eat you." But she didn't know how he'd react. It was better not to test him. Instead, she got into the passenger seat. She wondered, how will this night end for them?
[soooorry for taking a century! So what now? New thread at West End?]

"Yes well, I try not to judge all by the actions of a few. Some may call that naive or even stupid but hey I'm still alive right now aren't I? Don't know for how much longer I'm hoping at least another thirty years but in these times that could be asking too much". "Most of the time I just lay low and keep to myself, seems to have worked so far. Save an insisdent a week or so back and meeting you now, nothing much has been happening in my life and although I find that somewhat relaxing it can get boring after a while".
Amos notices her closed smile. The way he'd act in the club with Mark when he found out one of the girls was a vampire and how he is acting now around Michaela is totally different. By now most of the drugs had started to fade away his mood towards Michaela has not changed from how it was when they first started talking. "You... You don't have to stop yourself from smiling you know. I already know you're a vampire so what harm can it do to show your fangs?". "I'll eat, I promise". "You better missy. I don't wanna be sitting at the table all awkward like because you're not eating".
"Well, I have to say, Art, I wouldn't mind bumping into you again".
He wants to tell her his real name, his proper name instead of his nickname but it could get back to someone with ill intentions towards werewolves and the last thing he needs on his head is him been a reason for D.O.G.S been targeted and infiltrated. "Yeah, it would be nice if we could bump into eachother again". Amos makes sure that the notepad is still in his back pocket then gets into the car and starts it, smiling a little at the soft pur of the engine. "Right. West End, Chinatown". You'd expect someone with a muscle car like his to go off tearing down the street at high speeds. He however is not that stupid, one of his cars as already been lost he isn't about to lose another so soon.
(Sure. Who should make it? Perhaps in as your reply it could be the new thread?)
