There should be a forum in the rp that is every place else outside london being some characters might want to rp in some other european country or something of the sort

I see your point, but the board is new and I don't like having 1287364125347 rp places unless they are being used. Perhaps when the forum is older and there's suffecient members for it, more places will be added, meanwhile it's only London.
