Aramanatha Working 9 to 5... But it ain't an ideal lifeTwilight. The best time of night where Vampires awaken and can walk the Earth as the sun dies and the moon ravages the sky for 12 hours. Amara stood outside the entrance to Izan HQ, arms folded and eyes staring up at the twindling stars. She smiled lightly and wished she could be up there to catch a star herself. Her eyes dazzled and it was the best time to catch her if you wanted something. But she quickly snapped out of it and stood up staight, scouting the area quickly. Her mind was pre-occupied, wandering to the time she spent with the druggie vampire. What was his name again? Kan? Kit? Kyra! It was definetly Kyra. She hadn't mentioned her job to him.
She sighed and rub her eyes. She wasn't cold, even though she was practicaly half naked. She took a deep breath and leaned against the rubble that created a part of a wall. She closed her eyes and ran her hand through her hair to flick it back. She didn't expect anything to happen. She wasn't tired, but hungry and a lust was beginning to grow. A lust for blood which she knew shr could get if she asked. But that was out the question for her.

Lou wasn't the sort to wax poetically, in fact, she usually did her best to avoid headquarters but she had some business to attend to here. Some reports, check some goods, all that sort of things that made work less enjoyable. It was just much more fun when she could do whatever she wanted, and damn the consequences.
Because usually the consequences were interesting. And she really liked interesting.
Adjusting her coat, and flicking the collar on her Hawaiian shirt, Lou stepped out the door of the building and flicked a cigarette into her lips. Nodding at the woman who was already there. "Oi." there was a gruffness to her voice as she lit up and then trailed the view of Aramantha's gaze. "We lookin' at somthin'?" she bobs and weaves a bit not seeing what was being looked at.

Aramanatha Yo ho, Yo ho, a dealers life for me...Amara didn't really know her boss that well. She only ever saw her every now and then and it was just business. She sighed and shrugged in reply to her question. She didn't look in her direction till she smelt the cigarette smoke. She flashed a smile and folded her arms. "I was just looking at the stars. It's not very often I get to stop and look. Not much business lately..." She would probably regret saying that. She looked the other way to Lou and shut her eyes. She now wished she was stuck in her little pokey room in the HQ were all her belongings were scattered around everywhere. She huffed herself up and stretched.
She looked towards Lou and cocked her head slghtly. "I see you have some time on your hands. Not very often, ay?" she said, trying to seem like she was interested, which in a way she was. You don't normally see the bosses outside their offices. "I bet your glad to be out of that office. How long you been in there? 5? Maybe 10 thousand years?" she joked, trying to relate to the ages Vampire have beens known to live for. She was a relativly young vampire, but not known for being niave.

"Nope, nawt much b'niss these days, economy mostly...people aren't gonna pay for nonaddictive recreational drugs...when they gotta scrape t'buy food." Truly, Lou didn't take it personally that Aramanatha was on a slow spell, everyone was. "Y'crackheads, methaddicts and cokefiends though...they're always reliable...y'know...til they OD..." she waves a hand around dismissively and then chuckled. "S'pose you could try to push the hard stuff...but...that always ends up in someone getting caught..."
"I see you have some time on your hands. Not very often, ay?"
The blond flashed an all too toothy grin at the other woman, "I manage." Free time is what she made it, and she always manged to make room for it, then again, business was her pleasure. She laughed as the youngster joked about her age, finishing up one cigarette and starting another, this time offering one to the other woman. "Nope, only feels t'way."

Aramanatha Need a break from life, not another job...Amara shook her head to deny the cigerette. She drew the line there. She sighed and thought about how to better herself in this line of work. At the moment she was the only dealer in Izan and she was working hard to get rid of the drugs she was given. How could she get rid of the more hardcore drugs? Maybe she could get friendly with some club owners. Tons of them are always selling drugs behind their bar. She thought back to the night she met Kyra. When she saw him bite the poor human who had been found drugged up and used by another group for profit. She would never think about using humans. She looked at Lou and wondered for a moment how she had gotten the job of head of drug dealing.
"It's easy this job sometimes. Being a women in this business is so helpful; The authorities don't suspect you, and you can make contacts easier than some." she said, mostly to herself. She needed to find someone interested in hardcore drugs who would buy them in bulk and sell them in a club or in a back ally or from their dark apartment.

Generally friendly and easy going, it was hard to tell why, or how Lou had gotten her start in the drug trade. But under that thick veneer of well meaning good ol' gal, there was a cut throat and ruthless privateer and business woman, who wouldn't take shit from anyone, or anything...
She smiled at Aramantha and nodded, "Not always the case love, you see, authorities don't take you seriously, and I assure you, if you didn't have a nice rack and tight ass...those contacts wouldn't give you a second glance." The woman was aged, even for a vampire she was older looking than most, pretty enough, but not nearly as lovely as the girl before her. "Its a joke...and sadly, you and I are the punchline...you haven't noticed Izan's more than a bit of a boys club?" she laughed a bit puffing away at her cigarette.
"Don't go on fooling yourself, if its too easy, I've been too easy on you..."[/color] she humms a little that thick cockney accent of her was almost a growl most of the time, and now she was almost literally doing so. "I won't make you sweat the hard drugs...for now, just the candy club stuff..."
"Besides, like I said, you'd get caught. I'm going to need more dealers before I start letting the likes of people like you stick your neck out..." It appeared she was thinking aloud as well, with all the people skills of an adder in her den.

Aramanatha Living the life of the poor and needy...Amara loved the fact Izan was like a boys only club and they'd allowed both her and Lou in, even if they had to be typical women, quiet and do as their told. Amara would never be like that though; Give her the chance and she'd shout her head off. She agreed with Lou. The drug dealing side was slipping and desperately needed more people to start dealing. It wasn't the most ideal way to make money but it was moderately easy and she loved the fact it was good money and dangerous.
Amara sighed, with no effort. She wasn't that happy. She wanted to sneak away from Izan but she'd done that a few nights ago, if she did it any more she'd get caught. She looked at Lou out the corner of her eye and smirked. "I guess I better go get ready to start work soon. We'll need every bit of money we can get, ay boss?" she said, without turning her head to see the dames reaction. A talent of hers which often went unnoticed. She smiled to herself, her fangs hanging low and visible withing the reddened lips.

"I guess I better go get ready to start work soon. We'll need every bit of money we can get, ay boss?"
"If it suits ya..." It wasn't as though Lou was going to crack the whip right about now, it was late, and for the most part, business had been slow, you couldn't get blood out of a stone...no more than you could force folks with no cash to buy shit. However she did appreciate the work ethic.
That was something.
The look on the blond's face was bored now, as she yawned a bit, trying in vain to cover her toothy maw with the back of her hand, "I should probably go run the numbers again." which was a nice way of saying 'Have fun.'
