Kyou-kun!

I need people for Kyouya to know! I want him to get acquainted with some people, and possibly forge a friendship or enmity with one or two people.

I'm more looking for people to just know Kyou, though. They don't need to particularly like or dislike him, they just need to know him. I need everything.

Buut~ If you want to make a particular relationship with Kyou-kun, here are a few things.

If you wanna be my friend~
Kyou will make nice with the loudmouths more easily. If your character is outgoing and boisterous, they may like Kyou for his soundboard-like qualities. He will allow your character to talk and will probably not rub them the wrong way.

If you are very similar to Kyou, you may also forge a friendship of a kind. It would be more of an acknowledgment of mutual existence, but who knows? It may have building possibilities.

Kyou will probably have more enemies than friends.
Kyou easily bugs people. It could be because you tried to be nice and he brushed you off. Maybe he bumped into you and ignored that you didn't like it. It's pretty easy for it to happen with this guy...

If you want to plot a particular enmity, I'm up for it.

Name: Winter Raine
Relationship(current): Acquaintance- No doubt they'd know each other from work. given she's the Intel Head, and he's the Sweep and Clean Head. She would definitely know who he was, though he might not know who she was.
Relationship(future): We already covered how they would meet more personally, through Kyou's calico running to Winter's menagerie. As for the future, they would probably be neutral t obegin with. I could see something similar to staring contests, where eventually, they'd come to an agreement of almost friendship. From there, it really just depends. We should probably do a thread and see how it turns out.
Thoughts about Kyou: The Head of Sweep and Clean? Seems efficient enough. Though his idiot secretaries should be fired, I suppose he probably isn't aware of the difficulty. Yet. As for my personal feelings toward him... What precisely do you expect? I know he keeps cats, and I've seen purchases from several sword shopson his records. Look, I'm not a stalker, I'm efficient. I have to make sure there is no treachery, no sudden increases in pay not from Izan, etc. Yes, actually, I do check everyone out. My own people especially. As for Mr. Wakahisa. He's a vampire, and I acknowledge that should I be on his badside, I would be dead in a trice. However, the similarity in our personalities, keeps me from worrying too much about him.
