Um I know im just a newbie here and so people may not want to hear too much from me but I grew up in a family of soldiers and if you wanted then I could make a few suggestions about the leadership of the group and certain things about the major goals of the group. And if you wanted then I could makes up strategies for the group to use whenever we made threads on big fights or missions the pack goes through.
In my point of view there should maybe be one supreme leader of the whole pack with two betas who distribute his orders to the pack (The betas should be one male and one female) The ranks should be established and certain ranks should be given to weres of higher strength. Instead of running this pack like a normal street gang we could run it like an army since technically what were doing is defending the ideaology of the werewolves. My idea on the goals of the group is this, we are the practical rulers of london as it is. We have to deal with Izan since that is practically a Vampire organization whose goal is to bring down the werewolves. Instead of worrying about keeping the werewolves strong we should be more worried about hindering any plans that Izan has. We should make keeping the werewolves as the ruling species our main goal. And for my last suggestion, instead of thinking like we would if we were humans we have to think about our wolf sides, Im not saying we should go out on nightly hunts to kill vampires I am saying we should work together to ensure that our territroy is safe. We have our territory and they have theirs so we should basically work to make sure that we protect our borders from the Vampires (Izan in particular).
