Well, ladies and gentlemen, out here those monsters are very real.

They walk the streets, blending in just like you or me. The person who just served you coffee could be one of them, or perhaps even the young gentlemen that offered to buy you a drink in a nightclub. Maybe the large stray you just saw ducking into the shadows is one of them. Or maybe they're the kid that was sitting down next to you in class.

The worse part of it is knowing they exist, knowing they walk in your town, but not being able to discern them from the humans. You may know that the person you see giving a very inspiring speech on TV is one of them, yet you cannot do anything about it. Don’t you feel useless?

Well you should, because the problems are just beginning.

Izan is an underground mafia mostly composed of vampires, but humans are also permitted to join. In layman's terms, anyone who is against the reign of the werewolves and is not an officer of the law can become a member.
